In May, you informed me that u had to pay taxes, then just recently, the day after you groom my dogs, you wanted more money and gave me the same excuse that u gave this past May! And by the way, I don't need any good luck with my new groomer. The dogs have known this person for years. I should of dropped you several months ago. Roberto has been grooming my dogs for a good while however I am shocked and displeased with the way he has handled his business with me. During COVID, May 2020, he sent me a text stating to raise his prices to $75 per dog. I have 2. Then he arrives at my home December 16, 2020 and grooms both dogs and never mentions anything about a price raise especially during a pandemic. Then today, December 17, 2020, he states he is raising my price to $81 per dog. In my opinion, it would of been professional for him to mention that he went up on his prices, especially during this pandemic. However, at the end of the day, in my reasonable opinion, Roberto has too many clients that he can't keep up with, and he's constantly driving all around, possibly wasting gas money. It seems he wants to make up for time he has wasted and try to stiff people with a hefty bill. Thankfully, I will entrust both my dogs to be groomed by an upfront, honest groomer instead of entrusting them with Roberto. He lost a good longtime paying customer. read more
