Roberto has been grooming my dogs for a good while however I am shocked and displeased with the way he has handled his business with me. During COVID, May 2020, he sent me a text stating to raise his prices to $75 per dog. I have 2. Then he arrives at my home December 16, 2020 and grooms both dogs and never mentions anything about a price raise especially during a pandemic. Then today, December 17, 2020, he states he is raising my price to $81 per dog. In my opinion, it would of been professional for him to mention that he went up on his prices, especially during this pandemic. However, at the end of the day, in my reasonable opinion, Roberto has too many clients that he can't keep up with, and he's constantly driving all around, possibly wasting gas money. It seems he wants to make up for time he has wasted and try to stiff people with a hefty bill.
