Was running a bit late on the first appointment, they waited till I arrived and got all the necessary paperwork and X-rays done no problem. After a couple of weeks I was feeling like new again. Dr. Tseng is by far the best chiropractor that I've ever been to. I hurt my back yesterday and couldn't even bend down to tie my shoes this morning. I was able to make a same day appointment and my back is honestly almost back to normal. Normally when I go to the chiropractor it's just in and out in 15 minutes and they want to schedule you for your next follow-up, like you're in a factory line. Dr. Tseng was nothing like that. He really worked on all my problem areas and I never once felt rushed. He wasn't worried about making more money on future follow-ups, he seemed to genuinely care about taking care of my issues at hand and I walked out of his office feeling great. Dr. Tseng and Annie are a huge blessing to me and my family. They are like miracle workers!! Two days before Thanksgiving in 2014, my family experience a life and death situation. The whole unit of my apartment caught on fire started from the neighbor's unit. There was no way out for my family to escape except through our second floor window. We had to do we have to do, jump! Unfortunately, my mother landed on her pelvis bones that causes it to be shattered. We were rushed into hospital and for my mother went to the surgery a few days later. Fast forward a few months later, after my mother was released from the hospital, we were introduced to Dr. Tseng and Annie. My mother conditioned at that time, she wasn't able to walk so she had to use a wheelchair everywhere she goes. It was a devastating experience that my family and I had to go through. Faithfuly Dr. Tseng and Annie treated my mom week after week with their excellent care and encouraging words that never failed to uplift our spirit! Six months later, my mother was able to walk properly and recovered. My lovely mother is back to her regular activities and started to drive like she used to. Amazing! I want to thank God for allowing my family to meet with such wonderful people like Dr. Tseng and Annie. Btw, they also treated my fiance and I through that incident and now we are completely recovered as well.
