We are very delighted that we found a good chiropractor this time. Dr. Phan explained the treatments clearly, and he is very experienced, friendly, professional, and cares about his patients. He is also very confident about my hubby's case, and he also suggested some strengthening exercises for my hubby to do at home. My hubby feels much better after each treatment, and the adjustments are effective for him. It's also very easy to make appointments with Dr. Phan; he is flexible. My hubby will be coming for more visits, and it is important to get maintenance. We highly recommend his services.

Dr. Tseng is the only chiropractor who listens, examines, provides treatment recommendations, and performs adjustment. He's the only chiropractor who adjusts so deeply which provides an incredible result. I myself has an on and off lower back issue for the past 10 years. I recently twisted my lower back from a sport. Through various recommendation of Dr. Tseng from friends, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tseng and I should've came see him earlier. Pros: 1. Making the appointment is very simple. You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. You can also text them any questions, and they'll answer you right away. They'll verify it with insurance company immediately and let you know the copay and if there's any additional treatment (gua sha, stretching table, acupuncture, or massage) that requires cash pay. 2. Upon arrival to the office, there's minimal wait. The front desk is very efficient, professional, and friendly. 3. Dr. Tseng knows his stuffs. He will perform the chiro adjustments to your pain point. His treatment is so deep that you can feel that he treats the right on spot. I have lower back pain and it was pretty much 90% recovered in two treatments. He's also very friendly! He will be my go-to chiro in the future and I highly recommend Dr. Tseng if you ever need a true chiropractor. Cons: None.

Before treatment, my shoulder and arm were so painful and stiff that I could barely move them. After receiving chiropractic care, I feel much better now! I also appreciate that Dr. Tseng continues to invest in advanced equipment and regularly trains his staff to further improve their skills and provide the best possible care. He has traction machines for both the neck and lower back, which I don't often see at other chiropractic offices, and they have been very helpful! I highly recommend Dr. Tseng to anyone looking for a skilled chiropractor who truly cares about his patients.

As a parent, I was worried about how an 8 year old would handle the process--but Gavin completely exceeded our expectations. My son loves playing basketball and soccer, and Gavin did such an incredible job incorporating that into his sessions. He made the exercises relatable to basketball movements and drills, which kept my son engaged and excited to participate. Instead of dreading therapy, he actually looked forward to it. Gavin has a natural ability to connect with kids. He was patient, encouraging, and always made sure my son felt comfortable and confident. He turned what could have been a difficult recovery into a positive and motivating experience. I also want to give a big shoutout to all the wonderful therapy assistants who played a part in his care. Their kindness, support, and teamwork truly made a difference in his recovery journey. We're so grateful for the entire team's care and dedication. I highly recommend Gavin for physical therapy whether for a child or adult!
