If you enjoy chasing people for basic communication, this chiropractor's office will give you plenty of practice. I called multiple times and left my information, but never received a reply. To make sure it wasn't just a phone issue, I even stopped by the office in person and gave my contact details again. Still nothing. I later called again and left my information one more time -- with the same impressive result: silence. To be fair, the chiropractor did help me before, so I know he has the skills. Unfortunately, during visits he is extremely talkative and easily loses focus. Instead of concentrating on the actual pain and treatment, the conversation tends to wander everywhere. If you are looking for a long casual chat, you may enjoy the experience. If you are looking for focused treatment, it may be a different story. Overall, the communication is quite an adventure. Dr Tseng spent a lot time working on my muscles before any adjustment. He combined the "Gua-Sha" technique which helping the blood flow better and lessen toxins in my body. They have plenty of massage equipment. When I got there, I was sent to the massage bed. The massage parts of the massage bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed it very much. The therapist will then ask me which body part is uncomfortable, and then use the most effective treatment to relax your uncomfortable area in order to achieve the therapeutic effect. I have been seeing Dr. Robert Tseng since I was involved in an automobile accident that resulted in 3 herniated disks in my back and neck. His therapy was absolutely instrumental in my recovery, and his recommendations for exercises have kept my back and neck healthy and feeling good. My short story ---- Thank goodness! I found Dr. Tseng. He has absolutely changed my life!!! The long story is ---- I have taken so much trouble to look for a good doctor that can take care of my bone and muscle problems, and I almost lost hope, but God finally guided me to see Dr. Tseng! I have quite a few problems: my spine is not quite straight due to my incorrect sitting position in my teenage time; I had a couple of falls and they triggered bunch of disorders in my hip joints and messed up the angle of my tailbone. Unfortunately, due to high demand, Dr. Tseng no longer receives car accident cases involving a lawyer (lien-basis). Although I did go to his clinic due to a car accident injury, a lot of burning sensation and discomfort on my neck, I paid out of pocket and he was able to provide me a report at the end of my visits. After the first visit I felt over 50% improvement already! Before the visit, I felt a lot of discomfort and even dizziness due to the whiplash injury on my neck but after Dr. Tseng's adjustment, my neck received more mobility! Just like everyone else, I have to give 5 stars for this business. Dr. tseng, makes you feel like you have known him all your life. I have to put a special ty to Annie.. that first point of contact is what really makes or breaks a deal. Annie treated me with a lot of love and very clear about treatments and pricing. His Hands are so soft.. pure zen magic.. I had tingling and bad numbness in my arms from over doing it at the gym. Dead lifts done wrong... Be careful! So many little details into doing a dead lift right. Dont think you can jump into a class and just follow along.. I was tensing and over doing it the proper posture and causing damages. For 70.00 you get a full history taken by both Dr.'s (Dr. Tseng, Robert and Dr. Chris both so young looking & handsome ha ha!) I received: adjustment, massage, acupressure, adjustment, traction, and ultrasound. Yes adjustment twice. You get so much education about how the spine and muscles work. He knows that sometimes its a muscle issue and sometimes you need to be put back into place. What amazed me was when he pointed out my collar bone which I said nothing about.. My collar bone was killing me that morning! I was so hyper focused on my hand being numb that I just popped 2 aspirin and got on with my day. Im soooo glad he saw that!!! Magic Powers? Both Dr's have a fresh education and mix old world with new techniques to give you the best care. I have had supposed heat ultra sound from other dr.'s and didnt feel a thing and It didnt cure the problem. I switched to this dr.' and 75% of the issue is gone. I was able to get some sleep. most of the tingling has gone. His machine is an old world,unfiltered brand from Germany and I could feel it working so good that I had to stop right at the end there. Amazing! He is going to apply chest stripping to get rid of the adhesions that is causing a chi energy blockage. I know I am overdue for all chiro. its been 3 years. Wow, this is such a long and over due review on Total Health Wellness Clinic in general, Dr. Tseng, and Annie. In 2014, I had gotten into a car accident which had left my back and neck feeling stiff and sore. That being my first accident (not even my fault by the way) really gotten me shaken up and I really didn't know what to do. I thought the pain would have just gone away after a few days but nope, it was still there. So my attorney referred me to this place yet I was still hesitate because it was my first time having to go to a chiropractic place and dealing with the car accident. But Annie (the secretary) really made me feel at home and comfortable while answering all the questions I had in regards to the paper work. She reassured me that everything was going to be fine and that it was normal to feel the way I was feeling. Also, after meeting and explaining my whole situation to Dr. Tseng, he also gave me reassurance that he would all he can to help me and relieve the pain I was in. Both Annie and Dr. Tseng, really took the time out to answer all the small and big questions I had. They also really explained the entire process of what was needed in order to feel like my self again in terms of being fully mobile without it being a struggle to move my head. All in all these two, Dr. Tseng and Annie, are super kind-hearted, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After seeing Annie and Dr. Tseng for a few months, I felt 100% better. I didn't feel stiff or sore or in any of the pain I came in with. All the appointments I had with them during those few months, I was in and out of their office quickly.
