Lupe, the dental tech, was wonderful with my son and helped make him feel comfortable throughout the visit. A special thank you to Dr. Nguyen who was amazing as well as extremely professional, caring, and able to treat my son the very same day, which we truly appreciated. He covered all my questions and took his time with us. He talked my 7 year old through the entire process along with Lupe. We also want to thank Christina in billing, she was so helpful and made the entire billing process so easy and straightforward. She was so attentive with getting our billing done for same day treatment. My son needed quite a bit of work done, so I was expecting him to have a difficult experience since he shared how nervous he was, but he actually enjoyed his visit. Two visits before with the old dentist I was told that none of my girls had cavities. The new dentist told me that one of my girls had three and another one had two cavities. This was six months later by the way. I should have just said that I'd get another opinion but almost $800 later I got their cavities fixed. Went to a new dentist my daughter had one cavity and he's changing $45 and no I did not get new dental insurance. I came here one time and never returned. The thing that really rubs me the wrong way is when I took my toddler here (2years old), they insisted that I had to do X-rays. I was pregnant at the time and also didn't see a need for x rays considering he is so little and wouldn't sit still anyways. They first told me the paperwork is only in case it was needed. Once we were brought in they proceeded to do the x ray anyways and asked me to step out of the room. My son obviously was throwing a fit upon me leaving. A moment later they let him into my room and said the x rays were done. At no point did they show me the x rays, which means 1. It wasn't done. 2. They exposed my son to x rays without the need or ability to successful obtain it. As a professional, they should have been aware and not even attempt instead of pushing me into it and telling me that the exposure is very low. When the dentist came in she never once showed me the x rays. Instead she gave him exam and prodded around his mouth before telling me he has two cavities because there is a sticky surface and recommended that we fill him. If there was an x ray it should be a dead giveaway. If there was no x ray they should've been honest about it and NOT EVEN TRY if they knew he wouldn't cooperate. Disgusting money grab and 100% unethical. Anyways I didn't feel comfortable and went to get a second opinion. The second office didn't even want to do an x ray and told me they wouldn't recommend it at his age bc unless he is able to sit still and bite down, it would be really hard to do and not worth exposure. Anyways we are 9 months out and still no cavities. Please get a second opinion and stand your ground if you are not comfortable with something the insist needs to be done. I was not going to write a review but they reignited my annoyance when they called me about a billing issue that apparently happened with the insurance and a check not being sent to the right address. Mind you my visit was over 6 months ago. They asked me to call the insurance and have the check resent. I feel like this was a bad experience from beginning to end.

They will purposely leave you on a dentist chair before even acknowledging you bc they team matters more 3) they are rude and disregard your requests 4) they are money hungry and will give you two/three different quotes bc you won't say yes to the first one 5) they have a revolving team ! No one sticks , not their front desk or back office! They are truly a waste of time Anyone who gives this place a good rating has obviously not been a long term / returning individual. You're visits will change eventually ( just like there staff). You'll give them the benefit of the doubt, & soon enough you'll walk away too.
