I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. The work was outstanding and completed very quickly. This is a rental home and I'm sure we would not hesitate to contact Max for any future work.

Worked for this company about 4 months. Never worked a 40 hour week once and the position was…read moreadvertised as full time. 35 hour weeks eventually devolved into 20 and then 10 hours per week, without any verbal warning that work would come to screeching halt. They take days off or choose to work extremely short days randomly during the week and you are supposed to be OK with it. Paycheck tax deductions weren't right since day one, about 25% of every check went to taxes and they never reflected the actual wage OR hours I was supposed to receive pay for. Rarely was given opportunity to take breaks throughout day (excluding 30 minute lunch break). Was repeatedly told I would receive a bonus and relied on it to make bills at the end of the month, but eventually was told there wouldn't be one. Additionally my final check was short and did not reflect the wage we agreed upon and that will likely go unacknowledged by Jon & Ed. Work was physically taxing and often unsafe and the work environment is extremely impersonal. Had much higher hopes for this company but it turned out to be just as seedy as the employee I had apparently replaced due to an injury had vocalized here. Apparently showing up every day on time and working your ass off gets you no where with these guys. Do yourself a favor and keep looking, as this company is in no position to offer full time employment.
