Despite disclosing my insurance, she proceeded to ask for details only to inform me they don't accept new patients with that insurance. This inconsistency was perplexing and led me to avoid this practice. It's fortunate I recognized their approach early on. Ps I told the the receptionist that I would self pay and she said " no I can't do that because she is delta" seems like delta insurance holder are strictly bad. Sounds like a discrimination. SMH.
