What makes this situation even more serious is the effect it has had on his daily life. According to him, he has lost approximately 30 pounds while going without his teeth, and the prolonged situation is affecting his ability to eat properly and his overall well-being. This is no longer simply an inconvenience. It is a matter that deserves immediate attention. Communication with this office has also been extremely frustrating. We have repeatedly encountered situations where staff members appear to have different information regarding his case, making it incredibly difficult to determine what is actually happening or when his dentures will finally be completed. We have maintained receipts, phone numbers, dates, records, and recordings of communications related to this situation. We are asking the practice to review his case immediately, provide a clear explanation for the seven-month delay, and establish a firm and reasonable timeline for completing his dentures. If this matter is not appropriately addressed, we are prepared to pursue the available formal complaint channels, including contacting the appropriate dental regulatory authorities, his insurance provider, and other relevant organizations. We are also prepared to share our documented experience with consumer advocates and media outlets if necessary. This review is not being written lightly.
