Dr Marybeth Marcincin and her staff are INCREDIBLE! I went to 3 different orthodontists to get opinions as well as pricing if we should go with braces or Invisalign for my teenage son who only has slight crowding on his upper 4 front teeth. The rest of his teeth are fully aligned with a perfect bite. I only visited 5 star rated ortho's. The 1st got me in 1 week after I called & recommended Invisalign but many their reviews said for some reason that ortho "pushed" many clients toward Invisalign rather than braces even when customer wanted braces. Dr told me even though my son shouldn't need to wear them for 2 yrs because he only has slight crowding, the cost of $4750 is the same whether 2 yrs or 1 yr of wear time. 2nd Ortho got me in 2weeks after my initial call & recommended braces for full 2yrs might not need them on for 2yrs but they cost the same as if he'd need them on 2yrs $4250. Then I called Dr Marcincin, was mid summer now and I told staff I really was interested in getting him braces or Invisalign before school started if possible so the very next opening. They got me an appt 3 days later but before our call ended there was a cancellation so I got in next day. There was no long office wait, her staff is a well oiled machine, we were seen less than 5 minutes after walking in the office. She went thru pro's & cons of each for braces vs Invisalign as well as pricing. Invisalign was cheaper and since he only had slight crowding on a few teeth she gave me pricing based upon 10 months not 2 yrs $2750!! Please understand my child's situation might be different from your child's situation so do not think Invisalign is this price for everyone but compared to the other Ortho's we saw who KNEW my sons slight crowding would not require 2 yrs of treatment but said they would have to charge me for full treatment, Dr Marcincin's services came out on top not only for time to get in, time to be seen once at the office, time he'd need to wear them to straighten, office staff customer service and finally PRICING! Hands down the best option for our family! So if you are looking, go see her... consults are free and if this review saved you some money over another Orthodontist's pricing please tell her I sent you so we both get a discount. When my sons 10months are over I will post a before and after pic. read more

I have nothing positive to say about this Orthodontist or her staff. I have never in my life seen such a lack of care or concern. Dr. Marcincin is an embarrassment to the profession and the staff is unfriendly, fake, unhelpful, and completely blind to the needs of the patients. I would always sit close to the reception desk to listen to how cold these ladies were to the staff. If you are considering braces for yourself or your child, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Go out of the State if you must, just don't go to this practice. The level of incompetence is off the charts. They only want your money, they do not care about you personally or the service they provide. Actually they are providing a disservice. The only service they provide is to other Orthodontists because sooner or later you will have to fine one to fix the mess made by this woman. read more

This orthodontist office is the best office out there! I've been going to this office for about 8 years! Mrs. Pinter is very kind and does amazing at her job and I have known her for 8 years as well! Laura is a very sweet dentist and I had a great time with her and I will never forget about her! Her kindness is contagious(in a good way) and the kindness you put out in the world always has a way of coming back to you! read more

Time for a halftime checkup. Daughter #1 finished up with her braces and everything overall went very well in terms of results. But while things came out as advertised with the work, that doesn't mean it was according to schedule. She was a bit frustrated that Dr. M. said that she would very likely have the braces off by her birthday which is in the spring yet that guesstimate wound up being off by about six months. No real explanation was ever given just that I assume more time was needed for things to move into place? Noteworthy with the braces removal process is that it really does take a long time. From door to door we were in the office for nearly three hours with most of that time spent sitting and waiting for some part of the process to unfold. She is now on to the retainer phase of things and so far that's a bit rocky. The retainers are not terribly sturdy and the cases they give you are complete crap. Month two the case with retainer in it was accidentally dropped off of a regular height dresser. The retainer cracked when it hit the ground after the case popped open. That one cost me fifty bucks to have the office make a replacement. Not wanting to replicate that experience we opted to buy a sturdier container so when it gets dropped in the future, it's not popping open/it will absorb the fall much better. Daughter #2 is now on to her braces and everything so far is on track. Same set up where you need to make an appointment for a consultation meeting to discuss length of treatment and associated costs. After that meeting you set up a time for the braces to be applied, usually a few weeks later in the morning only, and then you're on your way. Payment of cash or check due every month by the 25th. For the sake of full disclosure, there is still one large negative to this practice which nearly made me go elsewhere for round two. That negative would be timekeeping. They are simply always running late. And by late I don't mean a minute or two either. I have probably been in the building twenty plus times now for appointments and I can count on one hand the number of times my daughters have been called within fifteen minutes of their scheduled time. They are somewhat better now then what they were doing last year when for daughter #1's last three visits before having her braces were removed we waited twice over thirty minutes and once over fifty minutes before being called. Yes, I time these things and yes, they have a sign telling you that the office staff should be notified if they go past twenty minutes but it's a moot point when this happens because multiple people are all doing it. Either way, you're still going to be waiting. If that doesn't matter then ignore what I'm saying. If it does matter, then caveat emptor. While the timekeeping is less than ideal the work so far has been very good and in the end I suppose that what you're paying for, right? read more

Staff is always professional and on time give for take a few minutes. Have been nothing but pleased with results of my teeth. Always given good explanation of what will be done next and what to expect in the coming weeks. Would definitely recommend considering she is significantly cheaper than others in the area . read more

Dr. Marcincin is very good and super friendly. The price for braces is also very affordable. The only negative it's their front desk staff isn't always very friendly in person. read more

money $$ money $$ - make sure you check your own insurance - they tried to say my insurance wouldn't pay for panoramic x-ray and charged me for it. When I called my insur co, found out that I indeed have coverage for that so had to get a credit on my account from their office - they were annoyed about it LOL. One of the girls at front desk is a real snob. And make sure you are not late with a payment because you will get hit w a $20 late fee each month! read more

This office did a wonderful job with my daughter. I think it's fantastic how they treat everyone. The entire staff is Friendly and knowledgeable. Dr marcincin came very highly recommended by everyone in my town in New Jersey and it was definitely worth the traveling back and forth. I will trust her with the care of my three other children shortly ! read more

The office is always clean and organized and comfortable to wait in. If they are very busy the room gets packed quickly and than its standing room only. A few times Ive waited 45min or more to be called in. The staff are usually pretty cheery. If you have any sort of anxieties or fears of dental work I cannot say would recommend this office. They do good work, but I do not think the assistants know how to handle anxious patients. I have been held down in my chair on more than one occasion (not okay!!) just for wiggling around a little. I KNOW they dreaded my appointments but I cant blame them as I dreaded going there too. There have been tears quite a few times. Marybeth herself is kind and a bit more patient than some of the assistants. I think she knows what she's doing and the end result is likely to turn out well. read more

The staff are usually pretty friendly here. Dr. Marybeth is really nice and really knows what she's doing to get the client a great smile!

Great Orthodontist, very friendly staff, Mary Beth Marcincin is a joy, professional. The only down side she is so popular it can be hard to get in initially. read more

I'm now paying $3k out of pocket to fix my bottom teeth three years after my last contact with Dr. Marcincin's office. I had braces on my top and bottom teeth and wore my plastic retainer into college before I stopped -- totally my own fault I didn't want to wear retainers anymore. My wisdom teeth came in and were extracted. I went back to Dr. Marcincin to see what she could do to fix my regressed bottom teeth (top teeth have not moved to this day), and I received a wire retainer. Months later, the retainer felt off and began poking so badly that I called to see when I could get it fixed. When I had braces and something broke, they did same-day emergency fixes, so I was at least expecting something that week so as not to derail my now religious wire retainer wear. I was APPALLED when the office told me I couldn't come in for the pokey retainer for SIX MONTHS. It was June 2012, and they wouldn't see me until December 2012! I countered, sharing the fact that I was moving to New Jersey in four weeks. No sympathy. I went to my fantastic dentist, who had referred me to Dr. Marcincin years prior, thinking they must have a relationship. He called the office on my behalf, yet still they refused to see me until December. I stopped wearing the pokey retainer. My teeth got worse. Now I'm paying for Invisalign for my bottom teeth, but this time I'm an adult and it's not covered by insurance. I can only assume that because I was no longer a source of income -- just a $100 flat fee for a new retainer and clearly an annoyance -- I was no longer worth the thousands my parents paid for my treatment in previous years. I totally regret that my parents put $5k for two kids in this office's pocket, because it clearly went to their swanky office upgrade and not to their customer service. read more

This orthodontist uses cheap products and installs them improperly. My son has been in braces for over 3 years now. We went to another orthodontist for evaluation and after 3 years there's still spacing because of cheap/soft wires that were used. The first thing the doctor said was no one should be in braces for 3 years!!!! Braces were also installed incorrectly at an angle instead of straight up and down. Our new orthodontist had to redo just about everything and he will have my son corrected in 6 months. Her office is nothing but a production line. She barely looks at your child after being there for over an hour per visit. Her "associates" do all the work. Appointments are always late and long. Office staff is horrible. They are so hard to talk to and act like they are above everyone else. Marcincin never returns a call. You are not saving any money coming here; it's only going to cost you down the road like it did us. Get everything in writing because she is not true to her word! read more
