My lovely wife and I have been wanting to freshen the walls and ceiling of our family room for…read moreyears. Shortly after we moved into our home, we discovered leaks in the skylights that not only damaged the drywall but, as the water ran down the vaulted ceiling, left discolored marks as well. We fixed the leaks by replacing the roof and the skylights, and the time had come to finish the job. With 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a lot of woodwork, this was a job for a pro. We extended the job to include an entryway, two hallways and a stairwell that has the same 20 foot ceiling. We interviewed four contractors that were matched with us on a home service adviser web site, not totally impressed with any of them and completely appalled by two of them, when by a stroke of providence were we contacted by Brian Joseph Painting, who saw the job on the web site but was not matched with us. From the first time we met Brian, we were impressed. Not only was his demeanor professional yet friendly, he spotted damaged areas on our ceiling and walls that even I missed, he offered great advice on color selection AND he's a music lover. We were sold. To watch Brian and his team work was something to behold. These guys know their profession but they also seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. All of our floors were protected with drop cloths, all woodwork was masked and our furniture covered with plastic before one bit of Spackle or paint was applied. Even the nails from our artwork on the walls were carefully removed, wrapped in painter's tape, and hung close to the area where they were removed. That's attention to detail. Not to forget that Brian's pricing, materials included, was very competitive and within our budget. Our home now has a beautiful fresh face for Spring, and we are so very pleased with the results. Thanks to the Brian Joseph Painting team!

Freddy and his crew have worked on several painting projects for us. Ok, pretty much the whole…read morehouse. The first was the kitchen, family room, 2 story foyer, hall and bedrooms. The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. This may sound basic, but these guys want to work and for that reason I will always call him for our painting needs.

I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

Someone called us the very next day and sent Eric over. Eric was very quick with his assessment and turned around a quote for us quickly. Now we were in a hurry, so they accommodated our request and started within a week. They also completed the project as promised on time in spite of some scope creeps from our side. Thet even helped us pick colors (through a paint consultant). The crew was very efficient and friendly.they covered all our stuff with plastic sheets. They were also patient and answered all our questions. Especially, Alex was very patient and kept us informed of the progress everyday and let us know what to expect.
