Do not use this company. Their customer service has changed greatly in the last year. We had a…read morewonderful experience getting our garage and laundry room floors completed a year ago. However, once we noted a repair that had to be fixed by this company, since it was their mistake during install, the communication between owner, myself, and their office was awful. The workers ran late, no call, no follow up for work that finally was repaired. We were waiting for an estimate to do more work with this company in another part of the home, but never received one. My family member also needed a repair on Floorguard work, took 8 months to finally schedule something. You will be calling and chasing this company for work, warranties they clearly cannot commit too. Go elsewhere for this flooring service. The new owner never contacted us, nor did the prior owner to make sure repair was done to our satisfaction. Please do not use them. Horrible customer service, no ability to ensure warranty.
