Completely disorganized billing. Was given a good faith estimate when started treatment. Was never…read morenotified during treatment that they were doing anything out of the agreed upon scope (very straightforward physical therapy). Then got billed significantly more. When I called to ask about the charge I was informed that the original estimate is what I should have been charged. Was told they needed to process it in accounting and would call me the next day when it was done. They never called back so I called later that week and was told by a SECOND person that the original good faith estimate is what I should have been charged - but accounting was backed up and it still needed to be processed but not to worry because they'd take care of it. While this was going on I was going back and forth with their central billing because the local office didn't communicate to them what they communicated with me and they thought that I. That was a month and a half ago and today I get a call from central billing saying that it still shows that I owe that bill in their system. So I got in touch with the local office AGAIN. I was put on hold and talked to now a third person (medical director) who said that I do have to pay the additional money over the good faith estimate. When I asked for an explanation she basically just gave me the response that the other two people that I talked to were wrong and admitted that they need to do a better job in teaching their employees ... no additional explanation on why it was more than the good faith estimate. She blamed it on the fact that the first person I talked to was filling in for someone else and wasn't an expert on billing ... but had no explanation as to why the second person also told me the same thing. Every step along the way it seems like someone is passing the buck off on someone else. Overall I'm still honestly not even sure why or if I was supposed to be billed ... my takeaway is that two people told me a I shouldn't have been billed and one person said I should. I'm not even giving this one star because I was billed. I'm giving it one star for the lack of organization and response from the company. I was told one thing that they didn't follow through on after MULTIPLE follow ups and had to track people town at every step to get answers or explanations. In the end I paid the bill because I didn't want it to go into collections and have already wasted more time than it's worth dealing with this.

All the other physical therapists, Alyssa, Corey and Johnny are equally gifted and develop great rapport and a high degree of success with their patients/clients. Being warmly welcomed at the front door by Satonia, the receptionist and everything-doer, starts my sessions off to a great start each time. The attentive techs support the physical therapists in their quest to get me rehabbed back to baseline and beyond. I have rehabbed 4 body parts over 2+ years at Vista White Rock and have observed many patients come, go and come back to rehab another body part also! I love the mix of ages and fitness levels present at any given time at the clinic from teenage athletes to middle age weekend warriors to the elderly, grateful to regain mobility and increase strength. The surroundings are bright, open and friendly. Small, as well as the large, victories are celebrated by everyone. After previous poor experiences at four other PT clinics for various rehab needs, I took advantage of Vista's 30 minute free consultation to interview them prior to a major foot surgery. I was extremely impressed and started PT soon after my surgery. I was even more impressed with their techniques, challenges, creativity, the way they listen, and, of course, the outcome! If you're on the fence about choosing the right place to rehab your injury, I highly recommend coming in for a quick chat and tour. I'd be surprised if you didn't think, "when can I start?" I cannot say enough good things about this place!

My PT said because of this my prior PT sessions were actually hurting and not helping. Very long wait times. I sat in one of the patient rooms for 45 minutes to see the doctor for him to finally come in and just say "wear a boot" and that's it. This doctor asked if I ever wanted to run again. I'm in my thirties. Yes, I would like to run again. Is this not a sports medicine clinic? I asked for my medical records so I could see a different doctor and that was nearly a week ago. No response. They don't really seem that interested in getting patients healed up. If they are there's definitely not a sense of urgency. They do offer shockwave and PRP injections but neither are covered by insurance and the research on these treatments is mixed. They won't say that though. If you want shockwave, go down the street and there's a beauty and health clinic that offers it for 20% less. They may be good surgeons but my treatment plan has been very confusing and I am still in pain daily.

Clearly, he provided care based on what they wanted him to care for instead of taking care of what actually needed to be taken care of. I had two torn ligaments in my knee and was only given therapy 4 four weeks. As of today, after being released, my knee is still swelling and unstable and he has released me with maximum medical improvement. On my last visit to him,my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:50 am and was placed in a room for over an hour where he never came in until time to close for the day. They closed early to go view the eclipse. When he entered, he stated that he was ordering 4 more weeks of therapy at an outside facility and never scheduled it. Instead, he sent a Maximum medical improvement to the insurance and released me. Still today, my knee is unstable and swollen. Clearly he works for the insurance company and not the injured employee.
