Most importantly, she has done an excellent job. Most recently, my daughter's cap fell off her filling on a Saturday, just two days before starting school. My daughter was scared, and I was desperate to figure out what to do. I texted Dr. Susie, and she responded right away, walked us through what to do in the meantime, and told us she would see my daughter first thing Monday. Monday was a day off for her office, and she wasn't even sure if she would be able to get her assistants to come in, but she still made sure my daughter was taken care of. We went in Monday, and Dr. Susie was able to put the cap back on with no issues. She even followed up with us the next day to make sure my daughter was doing okay. That level of care means so much, especially when it comes to your child. Dr. Susie is extremely knowledgeable, and someone I completely trust with my daughter's dental care. We are so grateful for her and her entire team.

My billing was off and this started at the beginning of COVID. I called and talked to them and they half-heartedly explained the billing. Long story short, I eventually was sent to collections for a $17 bill after already paying my co-pay after the visit. I called asked them to explain why it was higher after I already paid some. She was extremely rude to me after I asked if I could pay it off to them and just deal with my insurance and said: Uck, no! I then asked if I could get a new appointment for her and my son, and she very rudely said that it had to be paid off before she could invite us back. I just tried to pay it off? She hung up really quickly after that and I even asked my husband if I was the one being rude on the phone because I was so shell shocked about how rude I was treated. So that's the story of how I got sent to collections over a bill that didn't make sense, tried to pay it off, then left their practice.
