My daughter had her Otho done here. Office is nice & clean however they never remembered her she was just another number. They would always ask the same questions about herself.. It was odd after over a year coming to the office and still never built any kind of relationship. Red Headed women who is the biller is quick to be rude about payment I never missed a payment but there was some confusion that left me feeling like a in-valued customer. No apology was given. As an adult I have always been self-conscious about my bottom teeth as they were overlapping and jagged from wear. I waited to get my teeth corrected until my daughter was also ready for her braces, which we waited until she had induction which means when she had lost her last baby tooth. This office was amazing from the beginning as since we came in as a family I was able to qualify for a referral discount for one of our treatments, even further I got a second discount for paying in full. I waited until we were both ready as I am a single mother and the experience and time management meant a lot for me, Smile Orthodontics has always been so accommodating to try to schedule our visits together and even though she has braces and I have Invisalign most of our appointments have been scheduled together. During the start of this orthodontics journey I interviewed four, yes four, orthodontics offices and I chose this one due to their flexibility with treatment plans, the atmosphere being both adult and child friendly, the easy check-in technology, the waiting lounge with complimentary beverages and the extremely personable staff members. I've always been afraid of any type of dental work so naturally, I was hesitant to make an appointment. Every staff member is always so welcoming and kind that it's hard not to feel comfortable. Dr. Eliason always does a great job at being the perfect mix of gentle and efficient-- my office visits are always quick and painless! Another deciding factor when getting braces was cost. I knew going in that I would probably be handed a bill for an obscene amount of money that I couldn't afford. To my surprise, they offer many different payment options that could totally work for any budget. After that, I was sold! Their offices are BEAUTIFUL and have the perfect mix of child/adult entertainment in the lobby, which helps me because being a 28 year old with braces doesn't always make you feel like the mature adult you know you are-- but at least it doesn't feel like a "kids only" orthodontist. My experience with this office spans 20 years. I first went to Smile as a child to have braces and my teeth were perfect. As an adult, I stopped wearing my retainer (my fault) so I returned for Invisalign to fix a little shifting on my bottom teeth, and I was very happy with the entire experience with Dr. Eliason. A few years after having my Invisalign treatment, my permanent retainer needed a small repair. They didn't charge me for my minor fix, and I was reminded that the office is full of the nicest group of people you will ever meet. I absolutely plan to bring my infant daughter back for braces when she needs them. read more

I came here as a referral from my dentist. Although I did not think my teeth were in that bad of shape my dentist did! All the staff were great, friendly, always greeting me very warmly. I would definitely recommend Dr Eliason if you are looking for a good Orthodontist. Although a bit pricey (I had invisalign treatment) that only required a minimum of 7 months treatment I can understand especially with having a high number of staff to run a busy office. I am very pleased in my decision to use dr Wears' orthodontics office. At my initial visit I met with Amy for my consultation and was given all my payment options and was told the process in which having my Invisilign treatment was going to work. I was then examined by dr wear. He told me what needed to be done and to the extent I would need the Invisilign treatment. I wasn't told that I needed a major job to fix my teeth and felt like they weren't trying to over sell anything. I was given a very affordable option and feeling very comfortable with dr Wears' office procedures I decided to go ahead with getting the treatment. After I received my impressions for my Invisilign trays I was assigned to dr Elieson. I hope I spelled his name Right. Now I was really pretty uncomfortable and second guessing this decision to do the Invisilign treatment. Dr Elieson had a lot of confidence and made me feel like this was all going to work out even though I sounded like Sylvester the cat. It only took a couple days for my speech to finally sound and feel normal. Over the course of my Invisilign treatment I've had many questions and Dr Elieson took time out of his day to call me directly and make sure my questions were answered and I was taken care of. The dr called me in the middle of his day. I was pretty impressed. The treatment so far has been very successful. My results are amazing and I can't say enough great things about this orthodontics group. The entire staff is friendly and fun to work with. Going to the doctor, dentist or orthodontist is not something most of us like doing compared to going out for a nice sunset dinner on the beach, but I can honestly say going to see Dr. Wear and staff is a pleasure. I am a returning client; my sons and I had received treatments in the early 2000's and had a great experience with Dr. Cercone and his staff. Fast forward to June 2019 and my retainer developed a worn-down spot where a wire was poking me and was unwearable. I took a chance and dropped by the office to see if they could help. They got me in on the same day, made an adjustment to my retainer and I was out the door within 20 minutes! My dentist referred me to Smile. My first consultation was with Dr. Cercone who was very realistic when it came to my teeth. He told me braces would get my teeth 99.99% where they need to be whereas Invisalign would move them about 85% of the way. I was still leaning toward Invisalign. They provided an estimate, described a payment plan and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. It wasn't until a couple years later that I came back to begin treatment. There was no hassle to begin, despite the time lapse, no change in the estimate. Visits are a breeze, you arrive, sign-in to a computer, and are always greeted with smiles (go figure!) and great attitudes. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes. They are very efficient. During my treatment, I would see Dr. Wear or Dr. Eliason every month or so to track progress. Any issues that arose (I stained my attachments with tea, got off track) they took care of. Mid-treatment, I ended up moving to Southern CA. I considered transferring to an orthodontist nearby but, as I called around, it just seemed like a huge hassle. I opted to just fly back and forth to continue with Smile, and I don't regret it. They remained flexible and supportive of my need to travel and have longer gaps between appointments. Today I pick up my final set of retainers and my before and after photos. They gave me a Starbucks gift card and a mug as a parting gift. Overall, great people, great experience. Orthodontia isn't fun, but Smile makes it bearable! read more
