Dr Fraser was recommended to me by a family member when my son was ready for braces. After my son got his off I decided to get my third set (last one being 27 years ago). As an adult with braces, things can be quite uncomfortable, but the team at Fraser Orthodontics has gone above and beyond to make me feel great about my teeth! Dr Fraser is great. He is wondering at explaining the process but only when you are there. His front staff really lack customer service. My family has had a few encounters with the front staff either trying to obtain information or they are just being rude over a mixup they created. I think it's unfortunate with all the money I have spent that this is the service provided. The staff and office was great. They were gentle with my girls and we had a good experience. HOWEVER, after going through a palate expander and braces for 2 years, I found out today (2 years later) that they didn't finish the job. Her mouth is still too small. One tooth can not come down since they didn't finish expanding the palate so it was big enough to fit her teeth. My daughter now has to start the process over and do another palate expander and braces again to finish the job. Lots of tears here! I'm so disappointed that we have to do this again. And most of the insurance money has been used up. read more

Dr Fraser has a well run, professional, and highly skilled team that provides top level treatment and care. Both of my kids have been going to Dr. Fraser for their braces. My son got his braces off today and his teeth look amazing. My son loves how they turned out as looks are very important to a teen. Dr. Fraser focuses on what the best treatment is for your kids and makes sure the teeth are done perfectly. He and his staff are always there to resolve emergencies that come up. Wow seriously no one wrote a review? I Yelped Dr. Fraser to refer him to my friend who needs "adult" braces and I am so surprised no one reviewed this awesome man! Let me start, I had braces when I was in Junior High (8years ago?). This was when Dr. Fraser was still located at Marlow Rd, his new office is much better. I decided to go with Dr. Fraser because his rates were great and they gave me a 5% discount if I paid in full. He was also super friendly. I'm very glad I choose this DDS because he made my two years with braces a bearable experience. They even had flavored gloves and flavored molding stuff during my visits. I know this was 8 years ago, but my sister recently got her braces at the new office. Oh boy! You guys are so lucky to experience the new office. It's located near Finley Park with great views of the water fountains (but you don't get to experience these much in the tilted chair lol). Anyway, to share my sister's experience, she got the newer braces that caused less pain compared to the old ones that required a rubber band on them. Dr. Fraser during her first consultation was just as friendly and nice as he was years ago with me. He explained the new braces, the procedure, etc. in leiman's terms. Two years later, my sister's braces were off and she got the awesome new style retainers (the ones that cover your teeth instead of the wired ones, I have the wired ones, no fair!) Dr. Fraser is a great choice because his new office has all the equipment required for the entire procedure needed for braces. Before I was referred to a place for x-rays, molding, etc. But his office now has everything on site. Though I think his prices increased, it is worth the 2 years of experience having a friendly staff work on you. I love Jane, she was one of my favorites (never hurt me!). I was recommended to Dr. Fraser as an ortho who would take the time necessary to do a good job with my adult braces. The office is well run, clean & professional, with lots of incentives and amenities (rewards to put towards gifts or gift cards, different beverages.) Dr. Fraser has an excellent chair side manner. In the initial consult, he gave me the choice of Invisalign or metal braces, and told me what he would prefer and why, then let me decide what I wanted. Sometimes I had new orthodontic assistants working on me, but if anything was too uncomfortable for me, or they had any questions about how to proceed, they were always quick to call for more experienced back up. From the moment we walked in the door, to the end of my sons braces, they were wonderful! 10+ Dr. Fraser was nice, upfront and honest with me about what was going on with the state of my sons teeth. He talked to me and my son about the whole process and told us what to expect, and what was expected of us. The staff were friends by the time the braces were off. The ladies that work there really love their work and the mouths they work on. They ALL were very Gentle with my son. They made him laugh and he loved to get the different colored bands. Both of my kids see Dr. Fraser and my wife did as an adult prior to a class reunion. The kids have a blast on the game stations and I never wonder if they are going to see some fly by night associate doctor that's name isn't on the door. The prize system keeps the kids interested but it isn't overwhelming. There wasn't any pressure and Dr. Fraser was very informative when we had our evaluation appts. Disrespectful office staff, completely unprofessional! My spouse had an appointment that was on a busy work day, we called to reschedule and the woman behind the counter was completely inappropriate! She proceeded to use foul language, called my spouse a "miserable mean person." She said our business isn't important to the dental office and to never come back. Who do you think you are?! You work as a secretary at a dental office and you think condescending people will get you far in life?! I called back saying she was completely inappropriate, unprofessional and unnecessarily nasty! She proceeded to harass/ demean me during my phone call! Needless to say we cancelled the appointment and will NEVER return to this mediocre dentistry! The ironic thing is during that phone call I wanted to become a patient at the dentistry until the REAL colors of the workers came out! I told everyone I know that comes here to cancel, luckily I've had 3 friends who work for the Government move their business somewhere else. Dr. Fraser has always been a great doctor. My whole family has gotten braces and other dental treatment at his off from both my parents, aunts, and my brothers and myself. His office has always been super clean and staff has always been extremely friendly. i just got my braces off. these guys were great. their office is really beautiful and clean, looking out over a water feature. dr.
