The office and staff are also great. Granted, I am not a person who requires a lot of dental work. Lucky for me, I only have a couple of fillings at 75 years of age. Today, I had a very unpleasant experience with a long-time hygienist who has been employed there for many years. I felt she was very inconsiderate and rude when cleaning my teeth, so much so, that I am seriously considering finding a dentist that is more convenient to my location and a hygienist that is more sensitive and caring and that enjoys her job. Tell me honestly, Have you ever had a hygienist polish your teeth before cleaning them and fill your mouth with so much water that you are gagging and drowning in the fluid?

Dr Bashti to the rescue…read more Had a cavity that I put off fixing and one day it became very painful. I hadn't been feeling very good the previous week and it turned out my tooth had become badly infected. I texted for help on Thursday evening and I was seen at 8:45am the next morning and made it to work on time. I was given antibiotics and was told it needed to be worked on asap and scheduled me for Monday. I was not looking forward to a weekend of pain but Monday was better than any other office could or would have scheduled me. Saturday morning Dr Bashti calls me and says he thinks I should come in right then and take care of it. Less than 2 hours later he has my infected tooth pulled the tooth next to it repaired and taken care of. It's been a week since the work was done and my jaw was hardly sore the last week and I'll be chewing away good as new very soon. I've seen this dentist a handful of times over the last 7 years and can't recommend him enough. This was the first time I saw other patients in the office and it was clear that they also were very pleased with their treatment and grateful to him for his care. I am a wimp when it comes to mouth pain and other than the initial novocaine shot it was painless. I didn't even have time to worry he did the work so quick. While I wish I never had to see another dentist again, I know that I will definitely have to many more times in my life and I feel like I'm in good hands as long as Priceless Dental is still around.

Everyone is extremely professional and polite. Dr. Ferrick operates his practice exuding an extreme amount of class and tact. When he is performing his procedure, it is with an abundance of grace as well as solid dedication to the quality as his work that lasts well above and beyond what might be considered the standard and/or average "life span" of respective work. His finished work looks and feels like I have a perfectly healthy mouth and smile that will last a lifetime. For me, this type of customer service and dedication to patient satisfaction is well worth it. At the time of this post, I had insurance to cover some or most of the cost of my procedures, however, I can honestly tell you that if I had to pay completely out of pocket or even finance the cost of any procedures, I would do so in a heartbeat without a second thought. Over the years, Dr. Ferrick has continuously had exemplary employees that go way above and beyond the call of duty if and when I ask for information about and need assistance with finances or anything that it is reasonable for them to assist with. Dr. Ferrick, thank you for your extremely outstanding work and the way you and the staff treat your patients. I will highly recommend your office to anyone that needs any type of appropriate dental work.
