When visiting I understood the stare of my teeth but Dr Klassen gave me hope that we could fix the issues. After the 3rd visit, in the middle of prepping me for yet another root canal, she tells me dentures would probably be my best route. Only after thousands of dollars in did she volunteer this information. I had previously asked her to remove a tooth that cause severe pain and she said she thought she could save that to only be removed a few months later. When I confronted her about this she said she thought she could save it once again. Now I go to get a second opinion about dentures and not only does the denture specialist tell me that in good conscience she cannot remove my teeth for dentures but that a root canal crown that Dr Klassen put in had a huge cavity on it. One of the most recents. I just saw Dr Klassen a month ago and when I asked her about it she says she didn't see it. Not sure how she could miss it since I could see it with the naked eye. On top of this, I am clearly upset and she proceeds to laugh at me crying. Horrible, horrible woman! At least her staff is nice.

They're amazing with kids and their service is definitively one of the best I've experienced. In my short experience with kids, they tend to be anxious when visiting dental offices. It was amazing to see how ours lit up in excitement to visit this office. They do a great job keeping the kids either engaged with their bedside manner or focused elsewhere with some sort of kid's programming while they're in the chair. They did a great job answering any questions we had and actually took the time to explain and give estimates on when new teeth would be coming in or what they saw in x-rays. I was so glad that the team here took the time to go over details in x-rays and at no time did it feel like we were being rushed or inconveniencing them with questions.
