It was a little complicated, they wanted me to call the insurance and have them send my eligibility there. That was a little bit of a hassle, and I was surprised the secretary didn't try to do it herself, like other offices, but wanted me to do it. Regardless I called Ark back and they got everything sent to them and were now ready to set up my appointment. I was lucky enough to get an appointment within a week. Day of my appointment they must have had some unexpected cavities from the guy before, because they only did X-rays, and asked me to come back for cleaning and fillings. I just wanted it done so I agreed. The next day came, and they were all set up for me. The cleaning and filling only took about 45 minutes. The Doctor did a great job numbing me up so it wouldn't hurt. All in all, teeth are clean and fixed my fillings. I'm happy with that. There are about a dozen parking spaces outside. The office is noticeably old on the out and inside, but clean. Dr. Han is amazing! Teeth feel good, almost painless filling, and good bedside manner. Insurance coverage was good. The Veterinarian acted like I was bothering her, and said she was busy with a surgery...She looked at her appointment book and first said I did not have an appointment, then said I missed it on the prior Monday. I showed her the confirmation on my phone and she shrugged it off and said I could be a walk in later in the day. I took a half day off work without pay to get my Pup looked at and she offered no apology, said someone there must have added it on the wrong day....but I have MULTIPLE emails and a texted confirmation ? Her lack of concern or common courtesy really hit me the wrong way. I would not trust her with my Dog. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The nurse won't listen to what you need. I was there and needed medical care but the nurse refused to call him. I told them I had a UTI and they argued no. My son came and forced them to call 911 and I ended up in the hospital for 5 days and on an IV antibiotic for 14 days with a severe uti! I did not return there.

I spent about 90% of my visit with Lexi, and she is truly incredible. I have never felt this comfortable at a dental appointment before. She made everything feel calm, safe, and stress-free. The cleaning was excellent, and she took the time to explain everything in detail and guide me on what to do next. I walked in by accident, but I'm staying here for the long run.
