She has a young staff and they are very professional. The office is small yet is just as good if not better than the big high dollar docs. At the time I was freshly layed off from my employer and they have extended my insurance for another month, so I finally had free time to take care of my dental health. It turned out I needed a root canal, and I almost died of fright, but Dr Campbell, and his wonderful assistant helped put me at ease. At the time my understanding of dental procedures was based off of 20 year old technology. They explained step by step how things were going to take place, and I was given a generous amount of N20, AKA Nitrous oxide. Being that I don't even drink, this stuff hit kicked in really fast, and i did not seem to be able to care or focus on what i was afraid of anymore. And then the procedure started. The Doctor was very engaged with how i was feeling, and he keep checking on how i was handling the Gas, and the procedure. I was fully conscious, but never felt a thing. I must also give praise to their billing/insurance staff. They are able to make things work out, even for somebody who is tight with his money ( ME) , and they fully explain lien by line where they money is going and how much will be cover by your insurance. Long story short: Dr Campbell is the only person on earth I trust with a drill in my face.

As our appointment approached, my daughter became more and more anxious, even breaking down into tears the morning of. She was terrified of the pain she heard she might have to deal with if she did, in fact, need braces. When I picked her up from school that day, you could tell that she was terrified. However, her fears quickly disappeared once we arrived. The staff was super friendly and the little details put her at ease - their was a sign welcoming her (it had her name) to the office and she got the biggest kick out of it! But, it was the fact that the adults were talking to her and carefully explaining every step they were taking in language that she understood, that really helped. Dr. Jerry was so kind and gentle that within 10 minutes, my daughter was acting as if she was on a play date - completely relaxed, smiling and having a good time. We ended up agreeing that treatment would only be a cosmetic issue at this point, and that we could wait until more of her adult teeth had come in before proceeding. What a difference from the first orthodontist that wanted to talk money right away! The BEST part of our experience with Dr. Jerry was that my once terrified daughter asked the very next day, and for several days afterwards, if she could go back to her "favorite dentist" right away!

The assistant makes sure you are comfortable and explains the process to you, and if you are not a big baby, it is smooth. You can even sit back and watch a movie while they are setting.
