Just finished my dental appointment today and I'm very pleased with the staff, the dentist and the service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient centric. My hygenist was focused on care and comfort and did her best to answer all my questions. Needless to say it wasn't my first rodeo so I made her job very easy. The front desk staff is very efficient and does the best they can to run insurance and get back to you with information quickly. I made my next appointment before leaving so that means im going back. They also don't try to upsell a million things and see you more of a person than just a source of income.

I had my first visit with Pure Smiles today for a comprehensive oral exam. It was amazing. Pam was my dental hygienist and her service was extraordinaire. She has one of the most pleasantly calm voices I've ever heard. She was very detailed and thorough. She explained everything she did and why. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Inside my exam room I sat in front of a window with a bird feeder right outside! I watched beautiful birds and squirrels during my exam! There was also a tv on the wall that played various clips of animals being silly! Lol Really helped- a lot! Dr. Patel (the dentist) who will be performing my wisdom tooth extraction was pleasant and personable as well. Overall experience - A+ Very warm and inviting staff. Extremely pleased with this office and my experience today.

I was not confident in the dentist's knowledge or the explanations I received regarding my partial dentures. The quality of the workmanship was extremely poor. The partials were delivered with front teeth that lacked proper structure; they were much shorter than my natural teeth and did not fit or function properly. Within two weeks, one of the artificial teeth fell off. Although it was replaced, the repair left a noticeable gap. The lower partial is so short that it appears I have no lower teeth when I speak, and because the upper and lower teeth do not meet properly, chewing has become difficult. I have even had to make minor repairs myself with a dental repair kit compound just to improve the fit. Following one procedure using a powerful imaging machine, I developed an infection that required antibiotics from my physician. While I cannot say for certain that the procedure caused it, the timing was concerning. As a senior citizen, I feel I spent a considerable amount of money on partial dentures that are neither aesthetically pleasing nor functional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office or the lab for partial denture work.

Which turned out to be just in the nick of time, as I had several tooth issues happen all at once. She was professional, courteous, and worked alongside me to replace several crowns and give me several new ones. Dr Rudd doesn't use laughing gas, but will not hesitate to use all the novocaine in the office if she needs to, which is great for me because I have the lowest possible threshold for pain. I've never encountered any issue with her care. Once time I needed to be seen quickly for a minor adjustment (grinding down of one of the crowns) and she made room in her schedule the next day, even basically opened the office for me. I have no doubt that she would go above and beyond for me, and that's not something I ever got form the cookie-cutter dental practices. I highly recommend her, though I imagine that she's hardly needing my advertisement. Each time we've gone the waiting room has never been empty.

The practice was recommended by a church friend. When I was not having problems with my teeth, they were great. They did a filling on my front tooth which was well done. The hygienist is friendly as is Dr. Rudd. There were several events that transpired my last years with this practice that caused me to leave. The first of these concerns two crowns that needed done. One was a replacement and the other was new. When they did the crowns, I was not numbed properly. Dr. Rudd seemed to get irritated. She did and does not have a dental assistant. The crowns were put on and there was still sensitivity that was dismissed after every appointment when brought up. Food kept getting caught in the crown area. I ended up changing dentists and found out that the sensitivity was from a nick in the tooth of those crowns that was done by Dr. Rudd. She nicked the one tooth when drilling and preparing the next. I almost lost the tooth because the nick went deep. The new dentist saved it, and so far it seems to be okay. I had to pay out of pocket to replace a new crown. I was fine with it because I did not trust Dr. Rudd to replace it. The other events had to do with another crown. The temporary crown was installed and the root was exposed. It caused extreme sensitivity. I was dismissed and told the sensitivity was normal because I was wearing a temporary crown. When arriving for my permanent crown, Dr. Rudd didn

My family has been going to Dr. Gittleman for 20 plus years. My girls have never seen another dentist. We have always had positive experiences. However, both my daughters and I have been unhappy with our last few appointments. Random cancellations to confirming three times and arriving and being told "you don't have an appt". Different hygienists' each visit. Feeling rushed through the appointment from long waits in the lobby to rush you out the door. All of us are now experiencing pain after each cleaning. Rough treatment! Both my girls had braces as teens and say the recent cleanings are more painful than the braces ever were. Cost! We are billed more than insurance covers for bi-yearly scheduled cleanings. I understand that cost's rise but every time we go in it's something new on the bill. My entire adult life the "bi-yearly cleanings and one set of x-rays" was billed and covered by insurance. Now, we are being billed beyond that for routine cleanings. None of us have issues with our teeth that should warrant cost beyond the cleaning. Unfortunately, we are now looking for another dentist office in the area that has their act together.

It was one of the few times I was excited to go see Dr. Singh as I knew that he and his staff would take good care of me, and I would have traded my arm and leg to get rid of the pain I went through on my own punching walls in my house to relocate it, even if it was just for a few seconds. Their staff if very professional and friendly, and their office is very large, with plenty of parking space and Hcap access, and you will even have a choice of media entertainment as they work on your teeth. I have no complaints at all for the cost as the Doctor and his team do such excellent work. Never short change yourself, especially when it comes to your teeth and body. Come see the good doctor here, you will be in good hands and you will be satisfied once you see and feel the results of the work they can do.

I don't currently have insurance so this is important information. They wouldn't discuss the ballpark price range for routine services they likely have done countless times. Have you ever done this service before? What did you charge last time? I understand it can vary depending on the patient or complications in a given context but it's ridiculous to behave this way and makes you seem shady. A caveat would be sufficient. They insisted I needed to come in for an $85 exam to determine IF I would need a referral. "We're gonna need to charge ya a hundred bucks to tell ya if we sell skittles or not." Do you or do you not know the services you provide? What is the policy for making referrals? I'm pretty sure I was using industry standard terms and at no time was i impolite. The services in question were for replacing a permanent or bonded retainer and teeth cleaning. The receptionist spoke down to me in a patronizing tone. Her capacity for active listening did not exist.
