I could never make food this delicious, so for us this was a no brainer. I am spending less time in the kitchen than ever, my grocery runs are small and quick, and we have a selection of delicious soups, entrees, sides and vegetables on hand. We divide the food into ziplock freezer bags, lay them flat in the freezer, and then break off a chunk when we want to eat it. Whether we reheat it in the microwave or the oven, from the fridge or frozen, everything heats up perfectly and the meat is still tender. We appreciate Chef Mazerine's commitment to healthy cooking, and she goes to great lengths to source local, healthy foods. As a master Chef she has great efficiency, we get our orders impossibly fast, and they're so fresh that they're often still warm. You may not think that a personal chef / private chef is in your budget. But you can stretch your budget farther when a professional does all the sourcing, meal planning and preparation. Hanging fees charged were 12 per day, two different kill rates of 95 and 125 with no explanation, two T bones unsealed because the heat seal was diagonal instead of closing the bag and she blamed that on my husband! When I disputed the processing fees she screamed at me continuously. She excused her price change stating she has signs posted everywhere that says pricing is subject to change. Use that line in court Lois. See how that works out. Total overcharge was nearly 800 dollars more than the agreed upon price. She won't post pricing because she says every animal is different. When I asked her why she is the only butcher who changes the price for every animal, she hung up on me.

I wouldn't recommend the BEC bagel however maybe other items on the menu are better. The service again was great.
