I get what is called "mirror finish" or as I call it, "shiny shiny"!!!! It's a gel polish that hardens with the UV light. Normally I get the black undercoat with the silver powder rubbed in. I can't begin to count how many people stop me and ask about my toes!! It looks fantastic, lasts a good 5-6 weeks (depending on when I need my nails to be cut) it never chips, peels or looks bad!!! It costs a little extra but it's so worth it!! This time I wanted to try something different so I chose a dark purple undercoat.
