Roasting waters, wow! I have not been here in 6 years. I happened to be in the area and I was like "roasting waters?!" I had to swing by to grab something. I arrived in the morning around 11:30ish and it was not busy at all. I asked the cashier for recommendations since I haven't been in such a long time. The service wasn't anything crazy. He answered my questions but was not overly enthusiastic or friendly. I ended up ordering the pineapple crush with jasmine tea as the base. I really enjoyed it-- I wanted something refreshing for the warm morning & that sure did it. I loved eating the pineapple chunks with the boba I added. The plastic cup they provide is the cutest thing ever and can def be reused. We love a recycling queen. The top even has a removable lid where the mouth spout is. I was amazed. I'm use to the lids you have to flip and stick inside the cup, so go figure something different and I was like WoOoOoOow! Overall the prices are within the market for drinks, and I like the fact I get a reusable cup with it. Inside they have some cute merch! Other characters and such. Located in the towne center, there's ample parking in the lots.
I used to be obsessed with this place but haven't been in awhile, and never to this location. First off, as soon as you walk in, you are transported to a cute teahouse with cute cups on display that I always wish you could buy. So many Hello Kitty ones that are super cute. There is some wall art throughout the tea house, too. Def worth a photo. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty so we got my order quick. I ordered the Strawberry Kiss. I got green tea as my base and the drink comes with strawberry bits. My mistake in not adding boba and the girl at register didn't ask either. The tea was a bit bitter but may be because of the green tea. It was okay and not my favorite. To top it off, this location does not give away the collector cups. I just got my drink in a regular cup. That was the fun part about coming here and collecting the cups. Overall, not much of a fan for their teas and this is probably my last time here.
I came all the way out here for one of those cool looking reusable cups with the design on them and the twist looking lid. I've been seeing a lot with the cute astronaut on the cups, sailor moon and other collections with different shows When I walked in I saw all the glass shelves with all the cool different cups. So I got really excited. (The place actually had a bunch of cute stuff everywhere). I was greeted by really friendly staff. I asked her how it works? Like, how much do I have to spend in order to get these cool cups? Is it just certain drinks it comes in? And then that's when she told me that I have to check their Instagram to see when they are giving those out. (I even offered to pay for them, but unfortunately she said they weren't for sale) and just kept telling me to check their Instagram account for when they are having the cups available for that. This was really disappointing, but I did still stay and get a drink. Which, it actually was extremely delicious. I went with one of the- Chill me, drinks. I went with the pink frost. The chill me drinks say- they are made with non dairy base, blended ice, real fruit, 100 percent juice and no artificial syrups or powders used The pink frost had pomegranate and coconut. And again this was absolutely delicious. So I would come back and hope that it's on the days where they have the cute cups. I just wish that since they had the cups on display that I could of bought one of them Other than that, the staff was friendly and the drink was really good. But I wouldn't have came if I knew that and wish it was listed somewhere so I could have at least called beforehand. So that's the only reason for the 4 stars

amazing that I haven't written about this place already. I still had the old glass bottles in my photos for here. After all this time this place still has some solid hitters that you just can't get anywhere else. Always end up leaving with a Jack n Jill or the Yeti, i also like castaway.
Long Beach is one of their newer locations (I'm not sure if they've opened more, but it's one of my favorite locations to go to aside from Westminster. I always get good service here at this location and it's a must go to before heading home to San Jose. The people I've encountered at this location have always been very nice and sweet despite me ordering 10 drinks at a time. This interior of this location is super cute and clean. If you need to use the bathroom, they're located outside across from the store. Pro tip: this coffee freezes really well! Hence me buying 10 at a time. Also, my very picky Vietnamese mother loves their coffee too and that's saying A LOT.
We're frequent customers of Roasting Water, but this was our first time checking out this location. It's located in the Long Beach Towne Center near the movie theater. One of the things we've always liked about Roasting Water is the variety of drinks and the unique cup designs that set them apart from other boba spots. We visited during a promotion--spend $15 and get a free character keychain. The staff was nice enough to dig through the options so we could get the character we wanted.
Been coming here for years every once in a while and I really enjoy the drinks that I get! I've also been getting super cute bottles every time! It was empty when we went on a Saturday evening so drinks came out quick! Friendly service. They have lots of cute stuff to buy ranging from various animes to Studio Ghibli merch. What we ordered: -Strawberry Blonde Smoothie: I've always gotten smoothies because the smoothies just hit different here. Anyways, this one was so refreshing and good! Nice mango flavor and creaminess (I feel like there's yogurt in this one? It didn't say.) and wasn't too sweet. I didn't taste the strawberry much but I enjoyed it! 4/5 -Green Milk Tea with boba: My brother got this and really enjoyed this! Something I noticed: Their bottles have definitely changed through the years. I believe that they used to be glass and have an actual cork lid! This was what lured all of us to this place back in the day. Then they transitioned to plastic bottles with metal screw on lids that had a small handle which was very handy! Now, they are plastic with a wider mouth and a larger screw on cap without a handle. I'm guessing that these newer cups are more affordable and durable than the OG ones which is totally understandable. Props to them for being able to consistently offer cute/cool designs on their bottles that customers can reuse and staying relevant through all these years because a lot of businesses have closed down in the plaza that this shop is located in and not much new businesses have opened up since. Overall, I really like this place and love the bottles they present their drinks in! I'll definitely continue supporting this unique place!

My goodness. Two words: glass bottles. Comes with your drink, free. All drinks come with free two toppings. The design on the bottles rub off easily (full disclosure by store) so they have an option for you to take the bottle and they will serve your drink in a plastic cup. I wanted to try Roasting Water ever since the original location opened in Westminster, but never got around to it. It was out of the way and always seemed too busy, and I hate waiting in line. I decided to give this location a try since it's on my way to and from work, and I can avoid the crowd by coming here right after work. After my first visit I didn't want to come back because I didn't care for my drink. I got the Royal Mango which just tasted extremely bitter. Mango bits were hard and had no sweetness. I only came back today because I just wanted to kill some time while I was waiting for my tire to be fixed at America's Tire. This time I got Ginger Lychee Green Tea with boba. The tea was way too sweet and I couldn't even taste any ginger. All I could taste was lychee. Boba was sweet but didn't really have any flavor. I think most people are initially drawn to this place because of the cool looking bottles, but it's just a gimmick. None of the drinks seem all that unique. They don't even give out glass bottles like they used to. Now it's just plastic bottles, and you can't even bring them back to reuse or get a discount. Maybe I still haven't found the right drink but I don't have the patience to keep trying. I love ginger and mango, and this place failed on both flavors. I will just stick with Fusion Tea Bar and Sharetea in Cerritos instead. read more
While not as enamored of this place as many others it's definitely got the cuteness factor going for it as well as serving good drinks. I stopped in on a weekday afternoon; there were only a couple customers inside waiting for their orders so I was able to walk right up to the counter. This was a pleasant surprise after reading reviews regarding the long lines that are often here. The interior is very small with no seating other than a small bench (but there are patio tables outside if you don't want to grab-n-go). There are shelves displaying various cutesy mugs and bowls they offer for sale. Near the door is a rack with menus which list their multitude of drink offerings. After a quick glance of the menu to ponder the many fruit smoothies, teas and coffees, I decided on an iced mocha. It was reasonably priced especially considering they give you a plastic "character" bottle. The bottle isn't really a selling point for me and I ended up giving it to a friend who likes that sort of stuff. What was important was whether the mocha was any good or not. Luckily it was quite good. Topped with some sweet cream, the mocha had a deep, dominant coffee flavor, the kind that slaps you in the face like an angry pimp, and kept me buzzing for the rest of the afternoon. The chocolate flavor was also strong although when I was finished I was sad to see so much unrecoverable chocolate that had sunk to the bottom of the bottle. That said, it was a superb iced mocha that will entice me to return to try more of their drinks. read more
The adorable reusable bottles that the drinks at Roasting Water come in are worth five stars alone!!! Add the fact that the drinks are yummy and you get two free addons - WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?? My bottle had corgis playing volleyball! I ordered the mango lemonade and it came with mango bits and basil seeds. You have tons of addons to choose from, including boba, honey aloe, various fruits, and cream but I just went simple and chose the lychee jelly. For drinks you can choose from smoothies, fruit teas, lemonade, milk teas, coffees, and chocolate beverages! It's a little overwhelming! The drinks are yummy, the bottles are cute and reusable, and the prices are reasonable. I have to come back. To try more drinks and collect more bottles!!! read more

I wanted to try this place for a long time, I can't say I will be coming back. I thought their milk tea was too strong. Service was great, but their product was subpar. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink. Jasmine salted milk tea was a no go. read more
Pros: I think people come here most for the bottle, there is a lot of drink choices and toppings, and the service was friendly. Cons: this place is super busy! The line was out the door! Also, inside of the store there are super cute mugs and home items that are NOT for sale....it's their decoration haha... I got the pineapple green tea with pineapple chunks, coconut jelly and honey aloe. Just a note: if you don't like perfume and fragrant smelling/tasting drinks, don't opt for the green tea. Get something else. Also, you get two free add ons for your tea, if you want. Overall, I probably wouldn't go out of my way all that often to come here, but this place really is a hit for those that like the drinks for the novelty of the bottle. read more

Yummy!! Menu is posted outside on the right (as of posting this review). I got the Avocado Smoothie although it had a cuter name like avocuddle smoothie? I think? Anywho...ordering that name..I just couldn't do it..so I first said, "Can I get an avocado smoothie?" The nice young lady at the counter said, "A what??" I quietly..but confidently..mumbled, "An avocuddle smoothie please.." ANYWHO, the drink was fine but I think it wasn't blended all that great as there were still large ice chunks inside..but at least it was yummy :) read more
Had the opportunity to visit Roasting Waters last week with my buddy. There was a long line inside the store, so we knew this place was quality and not just all hype. I ordered the oolong milk tea with boba and he got the oolong fresh cream with boba. The boba was perfectly chewy and not over/under cooked. The default sweetness that was recommended by the worker was just right for me. It was both an aesthetically pleasing and delicious drink. What's cool is that you could get two add-ons for free without charge, so you could add another one like egg pudding if you'd like. The biggest reason that they get a full 5 star is because of the bottle. I've had some bottles from drink shops that were glass and plain. But this one in particular felt special because of the design on it. It is also plastic so I feel much safer in case I drop it. I'd recommend this spot for anyone who enjoys milk tea, boba, or other beverages. read more

Let's be honest here, we go to Roasting Water because we love to instagram their cute, glass bottles AND colorful drinks. BUT, the good thing is that their drinks and bottles are worth coming back for. I've been to their location in Westminster but love how convenient their Long Beach location is to the freeway. It's an easy stop to grab a bunch of drinks before our drive up to the Bay Area. They have a cute panda mural here along with super cute cups/mugs on display that you can also purchase. If something is not available, you can always check their website to see if it's in stock. My favorite drinks are the Roasting Water Black Coffee and the strawberry lemonade. I get the coffee unsweetened and it comes with a creamy sea salt creama later on top. Their fruit drinks are made freshly and naturally. P.S. Unlike most milk tea places, this place is open early in the morning! read more

Roasting water is a must try chain in SoCal, and most of their drinks (I mean I haven't had a regrettable one) are pretty good. I got the white peach tea with basil seeds and honey aloe, which I liked a lot. The drink was not too sweet, and the peach bits added a nice tart! The peach flavor did not overshadow the tea, and the tea could be tasted and enjoyed. There was a bit of a bitter aftertaste from the tea, but that was ok to me. Two add-ons can be added to a drink at no additional cost, so feel free to customize your drink to your own liking! :) read more
The place was busy had about 8-10 people in line when we got to this location. About an hour before closing and they're out of Boba Tea which was our main item to get. Service staff are friendly and pleasant. Hope they stock up properly, although demands and supply can be profound. read more
I don't usually review places that sells drinks unless it's a bikini espresso stand, but I will give a quick one here since I got something nice to say. The store was designed to attract female customers with lots of cute mugs and cups, but the display also served as major tease. You can look at them, admire them, take lots of pictures with them, but you can't buy them. You definitely can not take them home since they are hard glued to the table/shelf. How did I know? Don't worry about it. They provide glass bottles for all their drinks with different print designs on the outside of the bottle. Best yet, not crappy design and actually presentable. After the drinks are finished, the bottle can be reused for your own in home decoration. Best part is the price still reasonable even with glass bottles; bad part is the recycle guy will not take your glass since it doesn't say CA CASH VAL on it. Most interesting thing to see was after they made my drink, I got to watch them trying to pack ice inside the little bottle, then filling it up from this pitcher into the little bottle. It's like observing a chemist in the lab, cool stuff. Side story here. I found my drink too sweet for my taste (as if you have been reading my reviews, I don't usually go for sweet stuff), so I went back inside asking for water so I could dilute my drink. The guy at the counter didn't say no, but didn't say yes either. He just looked at me, then looked at the guy in charge. It was like they have a policy of not giving out water to customers. After I explained why I needed it, the boss man got me a ice cold water. Strange vibe but good customer service if they actually have a policy like that? I would go back only if I am in the area with slave girl begging, but it wasn't something amazing that I have to go out of my way for. However, if you want to impress a girl on a date, bring her here. read more

Theres something about this location that has really bad vibes wont be coming to this location ever again. The drink i ordered was majorly watered down perfer the westminster location better the peeps there are way nicer. Also ever single time i would come to this location it would be closed when it should be open even there insta says its open. read more
I must admit. If I had a choice between Roasting Water and Starbucks next to each other, it's highly likely that I will pick Roasting Water. And that was exactly what happened. I do quite a bit of work in Long Beach, and going south on the 605 Fwy has become a regular commute. This Roasting Water Coffee/Tea House is right off the Carson exit going into the Long Beach Town Center. Just look for the infamous Starbucks, and RW is next door! The Iced Coffee is excellent! Enough flavor, enough creamer, but I always ask for half sugar. Trust me, it'll still be sweet and the sugar will only drown the coffee flavor. The have a variety of drinks served too. They also have teas, smooties, juices, etc., that I have yet to try. But I go primarily for the coffee... because I'm a coffee drinker addict. Lol. The prices are very reasonable. The coffee price is comparable to Starbucks, if not maybe a little cheaper. The order taker and the barista is very courteous. They're cool, and most likely college students working there. And more than likely they can answer all your questions. The iced coffee comes in a decorated glass bottle with a cork on top. Interesting concept, but really... I don't really care or need that bottle. Yes, I'm probably a party pooper and only like the old fashioned cups with a lid and a piece of cardboard ring around it so the heat won't burn my hand. Lol. The decorated bottle is probably a fashion statement concept catering to the younger generations like students. All good! read more

Drinks are on the expensive side -- close to $5 for most drinks except the coffees, which are a little over $3. But hey, you get to keep the bottle it comes in so I guess that makes up for it! The change their bottle designs often, which definitely draws me back. Some of them are too cute to resist! I like it when they have the screw cap plastic bottles, since they are perfect for everyday re-use. My go-to order is the Guava Jasmine Tea with grass jelly and chia seeds. Lots of Lychee is also delicious! You are able to customize whether you want herbal or jasmine for the fruit teas; go with herbal if you want it sweeter, go with jasmine if you like the more bitter tea taste. You get 2 free add-ons per drink! If you're a coffee person, I'd recommend the RW coffee -- just your typical sea salt house coffee (similar to the one at 7 Leaves) so how can you go wrong!? I really like RW because their drinks are not overwhelmingly sweet. At pretty much all other boba places, I request for a 1/2 to 3/4 sweetness level, but here I keep the drinks the way they are made. Quick and friendly service, fresh tasting drinks! read more
OUTSTANDING! AMAZING! EXTRAORDINARY! Pick a positive adjective and I'd say you're talking about Roasting Water. The decor is absolutely welcoming and incredibly fun, making a stop here more than a visit, it's an experience. I ordered the White Peach Lemonade and it was really refreshing. Pieces of real fruit in the drink add to the wonderful flavor of it. Although they don't have many flavored milk teas (which are usually my favorite and go-to at boba spots) they have good lemonades and green teas to make up for it. Next, the bottles! The designs are super cool and so fun. Ask which bottles they have in stock at the moment because not every bottle on display will be available when you go. But for a place to give these artistic bottles and not have a serious upcharge or crazy high prices to include bottle prices is a great thing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Make sure you check them out if you're ever in the area. read more

It's first foray into LA County, Roasting Water opened up at a prime location, next to Ben Jerry's & in front of Edwards Cinema at the Long Beach Town Centre. Having a positive experience at the Westminster branch, on a hot Saturday afternoon, I met with family for some cold refreshment. Inside is more spacious than the Westminster location, with 2 benches to sit. A couple al fresco benches, shared with Ben & Jerry's, are available to enjoy the weather. I ordered a Thai tea for my mom when I'd see her later & asked for easy sugar. What I got was a drink as sweet as molasses. When my mom complained it was too sweet, I had to verify it for myself. Yup, cloyingly sweet! Unless the person making the drink simply forgot, if this is easy sugar, I don't want to know how the default sweetness tastes like. Another thing that soured me on this Roasting Water was when I got home, I noticed my Thai tea leaked on my driver side truck seat. Now, the reusable glass bottle was inside the paper bag, only slightly slanted. It was not laying on it's side or anything remotely similar. Seems the cork wasn't applied securely. I remember leaking not being a problem with the reusable bottle I obtained from the Westminster branch, and upon further inspection, I found the LB location using corks that are slightly smaller. There are a plethora of various bottles, tea pots and the like for purchase. All scream cuteness. The limited edition ones include Minion superheroes & Baymax. Service was good. The cashier explained to me Roasting Water doesn't discount customers bringing in their reusable bottles like the other locations have due to health code issues. There was only a short wait before I had the Thai tea in my hand. Parking is at the Long Beach Town Centre, with varying degrees of difficulty finding a spot based upon the time of day. I was looking forward to having a Roasting Water closer to me, literally the next freeway exit over, but the overpowering sweetness for a drink that's supposed to be light on it & the improperly secured cork soured my first experience here. I'm sure I may stop in again for an icy drink sometime in the future, but I won't be frequent customer as I have my usual haunts whom make my drinks the way I ask them to, sans spillage. read more
We came here for the Grand Opening and it was fun! We had been to the Roasting Water in Westminster for the cute panda bear glass, so I wanted to see if they had other cute designs here.... This one has famous places on the glass - Eiffel Tower, Golden Gate Bridge, etc. - nice! At this Long Beach branch, we enjoyed the free and convenient parking lot which is shared with Pier 1, PetSmart, and the Edwards movie theater. The decorations are kawaii. The service was friendly and helpful - especially since my friends wanted to pick their own free mug which was the promotion until 3pm today! I got the LOL drink which is "Lots of Lychee". There are basil seeds and little chunks of lychee in the green tea. It's just right - not too sweet! (You can get herbal tea if you prefer.) This is a cool place in the Long Beach Towne Center with outdoor lounge chairs, jumping water fountains and outdoor fireplace! If you'd like to sit inside, there are 2 benches along the walls. Just don't try to take the Hello Kitty mugs and teapots. ..they're glued down to the shelves. .. how do I know this??? read more

So I was pretty disappointed the most recent time I came here. It's definitely not the same anymore. This place has been known for their unique, cute glass cups with the price of a drink. This was one of my favorite tea spots because you can get a nice cup to take home with almost the same price of a normal tea (from any boba spot). Going this last time, I noticed the cups were skinnier. At first I thought maybe it's just skinnier because it's taller but after measuring the height with previous glasses, it was the same height. This place also used to give two free add-ins but it was reduced to one free add-in and 50 cents for the second. I would drive from SGV to OC just for their drink. Not sure if I'll be doing that anymore. read more
Another branch of Roasting Water is now open in the Long Beach Town Center. The grand opening was today on May 27. Free ceramic mug with purchase from 9am to 3pm. Got the lychee drink with herbal tea, lychee bits, and basil seeds. It's not too sweet and definitely refreshing on a warm day. Nice decor inside with great service. The glass it comes in is pretty cool, iconic places from around the world. Right now they don't have a phone because I asked one of the staff members, he said they're in the middle of getting one. Roasting Water is located in front of the movie theater, in the small outdoor food court, same side as Starbucks, next to the Peruvian restaurant. Ample parking in this comprehensive shopping plaza. read more
Like the other Roasting Water locations, the place is tiny with to-go orders only 'cept for the few tables outside. The place consistently makes excellent smoothies, teas, chillers, lemonades and coffee. There are 5-6 add-ons you can add for free. They rotate different glass or plastic bottles every now and then. Some places charge extra for the bottle but not RW. The line usually moves fairly fast. I've been to 3-4 locations and this one is the hardest to get in and out of due to location but at the same time it's convenient if you're shopping, dining or going to the movies. There's a Lucille's BBQ, Roadhouse, El Torito, PizzaRev, In-n-Out, Chick-fil-A and few other places to dine within the center. There's the Edwards Theatre which has over 20 movies screens. Located in the Long Beach Town Center near the movie theatre between Ben n Jerrys and Starbucks. The shared parking lot is huge but gets full by the movie folks and all the businesses. read more

I love coming here for the drinks, but even more for the bottles! It is a little disappointing that the items I see on the sides of the store are not for sale Parking is easy, but I recommend coming later at night so you don't have to deal with a long line read more
I am a sucker for cute packaging! I've been wanting one of these bottles for so long. I got the lots of lychee with a green tea base and boba and aloe Vera for add ons. Lots of lychee already comes with basil seeds and slices of lychee, which is great. It was pretty good and my drink was not overly sweet. The bottle was adorable! I wish they had a variety of bottles to choose from. Maybe it was good they only had one choice of bottle that night because then I probably would have bought more. Now the cons: line out the door, wait time was about 1 hour, only one cashier, minimal staff. The owner really needs to re-think and to stop trying to cut corners. Hire more staff, even if it's just for the peak hours! read more

This Roasting Water is located inside Long Beach Town Center towards the entrance of Starbucks Coffee and Islands Burger. Drinks are pricey but you get a free cute glass or plastic collectable bottle with each drink. We usually get the LOL- lots of Lychee with Green tea, Jackfruit and Lychee smoothie, and Strawberry Kiss (also with lychee.. lol) with Chia Seed and Poms Poms add ons. Each drinks comes with 2 free topping add ons. There's Lychee Jelly, boba, herbal jelly, coconut jelly, basil seeds, poms poms, Chia seeds. Pudding. Drinks are refreshing but the tea can a bit colder. They should use a shaker to shake the drinks first with ice instead of just directly pour it into the bottle. read more

I literally finished this drink in 3 sips. 75% of this drink was ice as you can see in these pictures and much of it melted while I waited for someone to talk to about this.. waiting for someone to talk to was a waste of time: the cashier wasn't very accommodating and only replied "that's how much ice we normally use". Pretty much felt ripped off and worst, no "sorry bout that", "let's fix this", etc. Total rip off. read more
This place is not just for looks taste good too. Came here after dinner for dessert and I was surprised at all the cute accessories. Two drinks, Vietnamese coffee and Thai Tea. The Vietnamese coffee was bold and sweet, the frosting on top had a little salt. Think of salted caramel. The tai tea good but not too sugary. I really like that the bottles are reusable and they are very cute. The cashier said they change them up frequently. Sounds like it's a collectors dream. My only question, do they have bigger sizes? YES, it's a super cute place to get a tasty beverage all bottled up in cute reusable plastic or glass bottles. Their menu is large and filled with most anything you can think up. Their strawberry smoothie and organic peach tea are my two favorites so far. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! You say "boba" and I say "Where!?!" . I love the fact that there are a hundred different drinks to choose from and you can customize them to your taste. There smoothies, teas, juices, and coffees. You can add jelly, boba, chia, or basil seeds. The best part ?!? You get your drink in a beautiful glass bottle! I was told that there's a new design every month. Maybe it's just me but my drink seems to taste better in it's pretty glass bottle. The wait when there's a line isn't too long . It goes by quickly. I love the decor too! Pssst....all the mugs and cups are glued down!!! I wish the Hello Kitty and Baymax cups/mugs were being sold! I'm here at Long Beach Towne Center frequently so I'm pretty sure I'll have a kitchen full of RW glassware soon enough! read more
Thanks fellow Yelp Elite, Jean L. for posting the grand opening. I was looking through my Yelp activity and saw that this place has opened up at the Long Beach Towne Center so I rushed over there to finally try out some flavors. Surprised that there wasn't a crowd but I got the strawberry lemonade $4.25 which wasn't sweet. Yay! Usually when I get strawberry lemonade it's way too sweet that turns into a sugar crash. I love that it comes in glass jars that have cute designs of different cities of the world. I'm starting a collection of glass jars and mugs. Plus since today was grand opening scored a free mug with purchase before 3pm. I know that from 4pm to 8pm they give out free drinks, but by that time I'm sure it would start getting busy. Overall cute decors of panda and Baymax which I love! Nice outdoor seating to watch the jumping water fountain or fire place area. So glad they added this to Long Beach location. read more

BF: "Did you come here for the bottles or the drinks? Be honest, if they didn't have the bottles would you come here?" haha answer to that is probably no! I really did come here because I wanted the awesome bottle and wanted to snap an IG worthy photo of my dranks. We decided to get the following Guava green tea with boba: (Guava flavored green tea with basil seeds and strawberry bits) I actually didn't think my drink tasted like guava, I thought the pre added bits were a little weird, the basil seeds worked the best but I could've done with the strawberries and I could've done without the additional boba I added. I don't really know how to describe this but it was just a fruity green tea that didn't taste like guava in my books. 3/5 Red dawn with lychee jelly: (Blood orange flavored green tea with blueberries) The bitterness of the blood orange really cuts through this tea, I think it was okay only. 3/5. Overall, this place is cute and drinks were decent, maybe it was just what I ordered but I am willing to give this place another try and maybe try their milk tea series instead next time. read more

What time y'all really close cause the GG one says 10 on Yelp but 8 at the door?
I have swung by twice on my way to work recently around 8:30 in the morning and they are not open! Does anyone know what time they really open? (Online it says 7:30AM)

Unfortunately there's no knowing when they'll have what design. It's best to call ahead of time before going in or check their IG page to keep up with their designs.
Are the bottles BPA free? Ive been getting a lot of responses about being glass. Their bottles are plastic.
I do not know. The bottles do not have a recycling number. Sometimes they give out glass bottles but recently I've been getting plastic.
