Hayworth Tire & Auto Service - Here is a better image showing just how much tire failed to get mounted properly and damaged.

Hayworth Tire & Auto Service

Hayworth damaged a brand new set of 35" Mickey Thompson tires and Beadlock spacer and failed to…read morebalance the tires. No acceptance of responsibility, no refund, not even an apology. I paid Hayworth to install and balance new 35" tires on a new set of beadlock wheels. One leaked immediately and I had to return. Hayworth blamed it on the lockring spacer that was used and clearly damaged. I asked them how the spacer was damaged and got something crazy about one of the bolts must have failed to line up. The bolts MUST align, that is the nature of beadlocks. Also, from day one it was clear the tires were horribly out of balance, as if they had not been balanced at all and despite being told they were road force balanced. I took the tires to Discount tire to be rebalanced and as usual, Discount Tire nailed it - and did it for free. A couple weeks later I had a SECOND wheel leak while traveling out of state. This time I decided to remove the lockring myself and determine the cause. I was shocked and infuriated. Hayworth had failed to properly install the tire onto the rim, leaving half the bead exposed over top the rim and allowed it to be smashed/pinched by the locking. No wonder I was getting leaks! Concerned Hayworth had done this on my other tires, I proceeded to document my disassembly of the three other tires, including the one they "fixed." At least they were consistent, ALL the tires had been "mounted" the same way, damaging the bead were the tire is supposed to seat against the rim. I had to fix every wheel myself, tucking the bead onto the rim. So in summary, I paid Hayworth to mount and balance a set of tires. Not only did they fail to balance the tires, they damaged a spacer and never took ownership or offered compensation, they damaged ALL 4 brand new tires by failing to seat them onto the wheel and then compressing the bead between the wheel and lockring. Their service resulted in two of the four tires to lose air pressure before I personally had to fix their work. I had to take to tires to another shop to have them properly balanced. It should be further noted, I did go back by and showed the images (I also have videos) to the shop manager. I asked that the owner give me a call when he was back in the office. I never received a call. To me, this demonstrates the owner and management is comfortable knowingly damaging customers property and charging for inadequate services. I will never allow Hayworth to touch another tire or any vehicle after this. If anyone has had their Beadlocks installed by Hayworth, you better pull the rings and inspect them!!

I heard a noise in my car. Took it in to Hayworth Tire. Looked at my car right away, even drove it…read moreby two different men. They couldn't find anything. Very kind & helpful. Great customer service & willingness to help. Will go back again.
