Dr. Abreu has been phenomenal with our 1 month baby! My husband and I appreciate her so much as first time parents. She has excellent bed side manners and speaks to us in a calm demeanor. For our initial appointment Dr. Abreu found something of concern from our baby. She did lab testing and emailed us that night to follow-up with good news. That hospitality and devotion is something you don't get at the doctor's office. Normally they will get back to you in a few days or forget. Dr. Abreu explains things to us in detail, she patiently listens to our concerns and questions, she makes you feel like family. Dr. Abreu is supportive of our dynamic when caring for our baby but offers her recommendations. She never rushes us during our appointments and is willing to look at photos we've taken of our baby for concerns or listen to any behavioral activity we weren't sure of. If you are in search of a pediatrician I 100% believe you will love Dr. Abreu. The office has always taken us on time for our appointment. Easy to schedule appointments in the office. My son is only 4 months old and maybe went there 3-4 times. My point here is that we decided to choose Dr Rayza Cordero because we got such an AWESOME feeling when we met her. Before going there we were a little skeptical regarding the vaccines and everything (we still are) but talking to her felt so great in terms of 'energy' (when you have it, you have it and she has it) that we decided to give it a try. Their staff is amazing, kind and very patient; which is very important for parents. I switched my son (who is now a 13 year old man child) to Dr. Codero when I was pregnant with my daughter (who is now a 10 year old teenager). She's seen my kids grow up and I would say she is partially responsible for their survival. Her and Dr. Perez-Silva (who my kids have seen equally as much and to them they're both their Doctors) have played a huge role in keeping them healthy and guiding me to make the best possible medical decisions. These ladies are exceptional. Their love and devotion to their practice shows. Somehow they manage to not leave you waiting long while also not making you feel rushed. They are not quick to take the most aggressive route and pump my babies with medication at the first sign of illness and I appreciate and love them even more for it. These are two moms who I feel treat my kids the way they would their own. The staff has always been the sweetest. Courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The ladies always find a way to accommodate the kids (yes, sometimes both at the same time) at any given moment. They've been quick and responsive when I've needed a referral, medical records, school vaccine records, etc. This office goes above and beyond. Both, doctors and staff. One instance that comes to mind is when there was the most recent influenza outbreak these ladies opened the office on a Saturday just to administer the vaccine. My daughter suffered through many ear and throat infections and they kept their patience while I lost mine. Not only did they always return my weekend calls, call-in necessary prescriptions and fit her in last minute time and time again. But I also had a medical emergency with my her while we were out of the country where Dr. Cordero made sure to coordinated a call to discuss what was going on and give me advice on what I should do until I could make it back home. Her heartfelt concern, reassurance and guidance kept me sane. These ladies are not their doctors, they're their family. They've seen them grow up. The best part is, my kids have NEVER feared going to the doctor. I'd like to say its because they are a pair of fearless badasses, but I've seen them react to the dark, it's because these women have made them feel safe and taken care of each and every time. Dr. Cordero has bee pediatrician of my daughter from almost 2 years now and I could not be happier. I ended in this office running away from a chain of office pediatricean that treat to your children and to you as a numbers or animals and I found hear the time, the love, the professionalism and the good care that I was looking for. Unfortunately I am not able to talk about the whole team but only of Dr. Cordero but I heard very good reviews for all of the them. When my child has been sick I called the same day and they are always accomodate to see the doctor, and the waiting time is far away what I had to wait in other offices. C'mon doctors you are dealing with sick childs and they do not deserve to be waiting in a waiting room for a long time, they are waiting for profesional doctors who take care of them with love and tons of empathy. 2 thumbs up for this office!! read more

We have been taking our son for over 2 years with Dr Cordero. The appointments are always on time. There's always a doctor available after hours and on the weekend. Both Dr. Cordero and Dr. Perez-Silva are extremely personal and caring. We moved to Doral but continue to travel to see them as they are worth it. I took my son here for the first time this morning for a well visit that became a sick visit. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Dr. Ospina was super friendly and seemed to not mind that my toddler was completely out of control and hyper (thanks albuterol!). She went through his medical history, gave me some treatment options for his congestion, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Although it's early on in our relationship with Roads Pediatrics, I am very happy with the service so far. read more

My baby has been coming here since she has been born. I love them. I remember asking many moms in the coconut grove, brickell area about pediatricians and soooo many mom recommended them. All 3 doctors are great, my daughters is Dr. Marimon whom I love. She has been great, is super sweet, and super great doctor. The nurses are so sweet, and the ladies from the front desk are super nice too. Very clean, also, Ive never had a long waiting time, whenever I have needed to come in on the same day with my baby I have always been able to. Overall super great! Many moms try to come here but they are not always accepting new patients. Although, if you are having your baby at Mercy, they may take you in. read more

Dr. Perez-Silva and the entire nursing and personell staff there are amazing! Everyone at the front desk is helpful, patient and kind. We have never had to wait long, and there is a separate waiting room for young infants. It is always clean. Dr. Perez-Silva is the best pediatrician! She is very knowledgeable, takes her time with your child and is an overall very nice person, on top of being a great doctor. She allows you to email or call with questions and always gets back to you within the day. When my daughter was sick out of state, and I was not comfortable with the doctor there, the front desk told me to take her to the ER, and this saved her life. When we got back, Dr. Perez-Silva has read every detail of her hospital stay and continued to provide excellent care. I highly recommend this office, and all of the doctors there. read more

My husband and I have been taking our son Jayden to Roads Pediatrics to see Dr. Cordero since he was 3 days old! They have ALWAYS been amazing. They explain everything happily (even though I'm sure they get the same question from first time mommies atleast 20 times a day!) And everytime I have called or emailed after hours with some (not that serious) "emergency", they happily and promptly get back to me to calm my worries! My 3 year old daughter has a terrible cough so they told her to come in for an appointment. When I checked in, there were three other patients scheduled at 10 minute intervals. They overbooked, obviously. Secretary wants me to pre-pay. I give them the credit card and it's swiped. One hour later she was still not seen and coughing like crazy. I asked, can someone just check her lungs. I had to get back to work. One half hour later I had to leave. She was never seen. Now we have to go to urgent care. I am calling to get my records and never going to this office again. And I still need to be refunded. read more

My family has been coming here for over 9 years and we love this practice. Dr. Cordero and Dr. Perez-Silva are intelligent, caring, and engaging. The office is well decorated and although, I think they could use some toys in the waiting room for older children ( uno cards, or books) They have toys for younger children. The office staff has always been very attentive and helpful and Briony is great! My understanding is that they are not accepting new patients, but if you are lucky enough to get in, this is a great team. read more

Get ready to wait over one hour every time you go there with appointment schedule. I just don't understand what is the purpose of scheduling appointments to be always late over an hour. I could understand better if they called the patients ahead of time to let them know they are running late. Terrible service. read more

Really bad bad place. Not recomended at all. Rooms are dirty, full of dust. The place has frozen temperature. They charged me $1 PER PAGE for my baby medical records. Doctora Marimon was great but she left the place. They send bad codes to my insurance and i had to call back 10 times to make the change. Terrible administration No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Es un lugar sucio, con mucho polvo. Ademas son muy descarados me quisieron cobran 1 dolar por pagina para darme todos los resultados medicos de mi bebe, resultados que pagué con cada cita y cuando pedí una copia para mi nuevo doctor que me las pedía me cobraron 1 dolar por pagina. Las habitaciones estan sucias, llenas de polvo. Y hace muchisimo frio. Cuando desnudaban a mi bebe para pesarlo lloraba de tanto frio que hacia. El equipo de administracion es un desastre, tuve que llamar 10 veces a mi seguro porque pasaron una factura con unos códigos que correspondian a un niño mayor de 2 años y mi bebe tiene 9 meses. La doctora Marimon que fue por quien yo fui ya se fue del lugar. Horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada. Las que atienden el telefono son simpaticas y eso resulta engañoso. This group of doctors are fantastic. I have 3 children and Dr. Cordero has been their pediatrician for almost 6 years. I would not change pediatricians EVER. We have moved an hour away and we have continued with her. In addition to Dr. Cordero being a great pediatrician with extensive knowledge, she is a wonderful person. She has all the qualities you would want the person overseeing your child's health to have. Dr. Perez-Silva is another doctor in the group and she is phenomenal. She is great with my kids.They have a great call system and are always readily available for your child's needs. We have had the opportunity to see Dr. Marimon several times this year and she is just fantastic. She is professional , kind, and knowledgeable. I am so lucky to have found this gem. read more

Amazing doctors!! Now that Dr. Marimon left the flow of appointments is a lot better. The new girls in the front are very genuine and helpful. The nurse are tender and loving. Above all, Dr. Cordero and Dr. Perez Silva are the best doctors I've seen. Always available for my children, loving, and explain everything to us. I have 3 children and have been with them since the beginning. Now that it's back to the original 2, the place is so much better! Never switching my doctor for anyone! Dr. Marimon is the worst.. she hurt my baby in the ear while checking and my baby was bleeding for 2 days after that. she doesnt deserve to be called a doctor.. also they are big thieves. there was no wax removal done from my baby's ear and they sent me a bill for that. read more
