I checked this place out during bike week. Didn't have a chance to try the food, but I heard the food is delicious. The service is good spot on and the ambience feels great as well. They also do live music on Friday, Friday nights, and Saturday nights with the whole bike week going on everything was a little bit crazy but still awesome. Everybody was polite. I gave them the extra star for the decor as it is definitely very unique. They are striving for a college bar scene, but focusing it on the husky 50 year old demographic. Kinda odd, but I guess it works for some and the atmosphere is definitely unique. Going back to my "college bar scene" comment, the food ordering system is also unique, but it doesn't cut it. While the human-less system is fine, the way it is set up is much too awkward and clunky of an experience. If you are just going to drink (not what we were looking for) and only want bar food such as popcorn, hot dogs and fries to munch on (again, not what we were looking for) this is your place. read more

While walking to the various bars in Cave Creek AZ, stopped by for a brew and sliders. This place has an insane amount of beer on tap, that mat he a downfall. First, 8 ordered a bid "heavy" which is a regular Budweiser, red label. It had turned and wasn't any good. So 8 switch Ed to a popular"Coors light". Not any better. I assume, if it isn't in a bottle at this place, avoid. Sliders, they were okay. But, with all of the options available in Cave Creek AZ, I'd love on. A three star place in its best form. read more

I've visited this establishment a couple of times as I liked the bartenders that work there during the day. Honestly I'm writing this review because I felt comfortable here. I showed up one evening after possibly being drugged by a man I had just met or even had just been over served looking for a safe place to go. I had a mental lapse... instead of helping me they trespassed me knowing I wasn't able to leave. I then was drug out by my wrist by a drunk man I just met causing substantial bruising. I didn't want to be forced to leave with someone I did not know. They allowed this... I defended myself and then was arrested. I then was taken to jail for fighting. I was further abused in jail, because of false charges brought against me to get me off the property. I was released the next morning and I'm sure the charges will be dropped. Alicia Vasic is the employee that would rather put women in danger than actually help them. I came here because the day employees made me feel comfortable here. I will not have that misconception about this place ever again. On a side note the restaurant is completely dirty. The food is not worth the price. The tacos tasted decent, but were dry. The saving grace for this place is cheap drinks, two decent bartenders, and the fact there's little competition in the area. read more

Went here for the rally, along with 5000 of my closest friends. Super busy as expected, but having only 2 bartenders at the main bar was a disaster. Waiting in line was pointless as they were taking orders regardless of if you just walked up or were patient. More frustrating was that I ordered a beer walked around, left to go eat, went back to have another beer & close my tab. The bartender decided that I must have had more than was on the tab & just added $10. I caught it & when I finally caught her attention she wants to argue with me. Simply the best everthing. Friday night was busy, sat at the bar super fast friendly service, cold cold bottled beer 33 degrees Coors Light. Food and food pick system was seamless. Nice buzzer system, 15 minutes for a couple orders of chicken tenders and fries. Great perfect consistent chicken tenders and fries. Sorry no photos ate them too fast. Went there on a Tuesday mid afternoon there wasn't 10 people in the whole place. Ordered Chicken Tender's took almost 45 mins for them to come out despite I was the only order in the kitchen, the the dip sauce was spoiled and the chicken was dried out and tasteless . Will never go here again with so many restaurants near by there's many better choices . I always get good food at Harolds. read more

Enjoys this place : went for the music. Didn't try any food but the atmosphere is very friendly. Great time and not a local scene at all . drinks are good and service is great. Didn't have the food but I'm sure it's fine. There are two places for performances one outside when I'm inside mostly for bikers but all are welcome. read more

I was visiting Arizona from Oregon and my best friend insisted that I needed to see the Roadhouse since she knows I love funky decor and biker bars. We went on a Monday afternoon in October during the pandemic. Compliant with state law we donned our masks and proceeded to have an afternoon drink. As we were looking for a table a lady came out to chew on us for walking around while looking for a table OUTSIDE. It went down from there. My girlfriend asked if they had Pinot Gris and the waitress said "Oh God no, we have beer ... this is a biker bar". My girlfriend's husband asked if they had a cadillac margarita and the waitress said in a derogatory way that they do not have blended drinks. Honestly, prior to walking in the empty bar we were in a super good mood. After making contact with the bar staff our moods were quickly torpedoed. We are troopers so we forged on and ordered margaritas on the rocks. The drinks took at least 15 minutes to get. While sitting I decided to walk around (with my mask) and take a few pictures. They may not have been able to get a drink in a reasonable time frame but were more than capable of quickly scolding me for standing up. At this point the mistake of walking in the bar was starting to sink in. We talked to the only people near us and they said they had been waiting for 45 minutes for a hotdog. The lady stood up to go ask for a status of the hotdog and amazingly the wait staff instantly came out to reprimand her for standing up. My takeaway is that the place may be cute but you won't be able to see it, the service is slow and the wait staff are beyond rude. On a up note, the bar across the street actually had lots of customers many of which appeared to be bikers. I would recommend it. read more

The newer addition to the hideaway, this bikers paradise is called the roadhouse where they have live bands and a full kitchen. Along with the Hideway, we always make it a must stop for me, my lady, and boys to all get together when we go riding. It's again another really neat opportunity to see other people's amazing bikes while chatting over very well priced beers. Roadhouse or Hideaway? How do you decide which to go to? Hideaway and Roadhouse are the same ownership and practically the same bar. They are walking distance from another but they are separate bars. We started at Roadhouse which seems much bigger and more established than Hideaway. Roadhouse is the kind of place to eat, drink and even listen to a live band. Hideaway is more of a place to just sit outside and drink.... And listen to the band play. Both are biker type of bars, but there's more parking at Roadhouse so you'll see more people pull up in vehicles. Hideaway has a tiny parking lot big enough for just bikes, so it's definitely more of a biker bar. Both are cool and I'll give the same review for Roadhouse. read more

It's a biker bar, be realistic. The food here is decent, the burger is pretty damn good as is the pastrami (get it on rye you animal). There is often music playing and the beer is always cold. People don't usually come here for the food, however, if you are looking for a friendly biker bar with a fun vibe this is the spot. read more

I've gone here a few times and I honestly don't know why I went back this week. The food is ok, but it's really just bar food, nothing more. And it's over priced, as are the drinks. We sat at a table for a good half hour and not one server came by. If you're not at the bar forget about any service. And the bar service sucked too. The place is dirty, smelly, and uninviting. They had all the windows and doors open last night and it was so cold in there people were walking out. Ridiculous. It must be family owned and operated because nobody in their right mind would hire management that bad. They're rude and loud and don't give one crap about their customers. Each time I've been there they've had live music and it's always been good, which is why I gave then 2 stars. Zero for the restaurant and 4 for the music. Ugh. Lesson learned. Really cool bar. Came here for the mcgregor vs may weather fight. It was awesome they did not do a cover charge like every where else. They had tvs and screens inside & outside and seats and tables outside too. It was so packed! The line was crazy long to get food! But it was delicious and pricey lol. They did have specials on drinks. There wasn't enough seats that we just stood to watch the fight. It was cool but it's kinda annoying that you bump into people and people can't see when they are short. They also had live music playing. Really cool little western town to visit. I get it ... I now know why this place is empty , and Buffalo chips is packed! We were literally told, go to roadhouse to go the bathroom, they are never busy ! We decide to go to roadhouse to finally start enjoying our friends birthday. The bartenders ignored us. When we arrived, maybe 20 people were in the restaurant , almost none at the bar. We could not get service!!!! We waited over 20 minutes. The seriously rude bartender with short blonde hair needs to be fired! Trust me bar, she is ruining your sales! We came to drink !! I decided to start filming how rude they were being .., she then finally came over. Asked us what we want. We kindly put our order in, she very hostile n rude asked "do you have a problem?" You're not going there for a fine dining experience, a farm-to-table meal or the latest food trend. If you're going to eat, it's for greasy bar food that you order at the counter and pick up when they call your name over the loudspeaker. We stopped in for lunch while we got the car washed across the street and did not have high expectations for the food. We were surprised at how good the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches were. Stopped by for a quick bite and drink. It was super packed but easy enough to get drinks and food. All food you have to order from a tiny counter window out back and all drinks alcohol or not has to be ordered from the bar. Bartenders were nice but the person at the food counter seemed largely indifferent. read more
