Didn't have equipment to trim trees and ended up borrowing my ladder to trim one of the trees. All of the trimming was poorly done. All of the branches which were not cut on the proper angle have grown back this year!! What a waste of my money. Be careful because not all of these lawn service companies have a specialty in cutting trees. They don't.

I see that they have some good reviews which is why I called but I guess the demand for acquiring business with existing new business is timely. Just sitting here looking at their beautiful photos (this is why I decided to hire them). THIS WAS…read moreMY EXPERIENCE. In Jan. 2022, I had 2 trees cut down and grinded at my home. On or around Jan 15th, Backyard Mgmt was hired to Grade, "Remove the OLD Dirt" (which this area ALSO included Lava rocks) and hauled away. BYM knew this BEFORE starting the job because that was my "sole purpose" of hiring them in the first place so that when Spring & Summer came around I could cut the entire lawn with ease; WITHOUT TEARING UP my lawn mower when cutting over the area. They charged me $700 for the job. On March 27th, 2022 - I sent a text (as per my previous communication method with "Alberto") to inform him of this issue. He ignored me and never responded. I followed up with a phone call/vmail. Again, "no response". An email was sent to Gabriella today, as of now...NO RESPONSE BACK. They smoothed the dirt without removing it. Covered it with grass seeds and pat it down covering it with straw. Now, bc of their sloppiness (cutting corners), I've got to have the worst yard in the neighborhood with 2 types of GRASS. Any fool can see that my lawn is Bermuda NOT FESCUE! I want them to GET THESE LAVA ROCKS OUT OF HERE and redo the job RIGHT! OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY and I'll hire someone to do it the professional way. It's April 2022 and I'm stuck with Fescue Grass, Lava Rocks with a HUGE bare dirt hole in the center. NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THESE GUYS, ESP. AFTER SEEING THEIR BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS. I WANT THEM TO FIX THIS ISSUE, EXPEDITIOUSLY! I trusted this company would do good business. They failed.

Y'all... yawl! My back yard, has been in such disarray. When I tell you that it was a disaster, I…read moremean it with a genuine heart. We had gotten so far behind in managing the, and the storms made it worse. There were branches, leaves, cut up trees, brush, Ivy, and even satan himself was there. I first contacted the person who use to do the back yard, but he had started doing a different business. So, I got on Yelp, searched, and Yelp did its thing! I got many estimates from different contractors. I decided to go with this company, because this is where my spirit led me. Mr. Alex, came out and did an estimate. All I can say, is that for what needed to be done, and what Alex charged, was not worth it. This man, and his company, deserves a million dollars, for the peace he brought me. We were unable to start on time, because of these pesky storms. Like, why did it have to rain, when the number 1 contractor, was coming to make our yard, look like a ray of light, filled with sunshine and daffodils? Whyyyy? When the rain stopped, Alex was true to his word. He arrived on time, was respectful, had great communication, and was/is a hard worker. He is trustworthy, and honest. Alex and his crew worked through the heat, all day.....until a storm, yup another rain storm, rained them out. Alex and his crew came back, within two days, to finish the rest. Let me tell you what this company did for my family and I. He removed a big pile of disaster. The pike had trees, leaves, and wood. He removed vines from our trees, he removed Ivy, a big doggone swing set, a bunch of shrubbery, and removed little trees. Y'all, he hauled it away too. Thank ya Jesus!!! But, but, that's not all..... he made it to where we can open our gate in the back yard. Dirt was preventing it from opening. Don't yall know that thats not it? In the midst, of cleaning the abyss, yes my yard WAS the abyss, Alex killed 4 poisonous snakes. 4 poisonous snakes, that could have sent any one of us to to the hospital. This company, made everything so easy. It eased my mind, and didn't break my bank account, that had been dry and drought like. Many wanted to charge so much, that we would have had to wait and save up, thus slipping the back yard further into the darkness. We thank you AT Landscaping. We will see you soon, for the fence, and hopefully many many more projects. Book and hire. This company is worth every penny and much more.
