I know they changed owners a while back, sadly. A few days ago I had a bad noise coming from the front of my car, serpentine belt related. One of the idler pulleys came off while driving there. I left it for an estimate. Well, I get a call the next day and they quote me 2 prices. With bad pulleys and belt - $527 With tensioner, all pulleys, and belt $1,157. I was gobsmacked. Im on social security so i told them no and picked up after paying the diagnostic fee. I have always worked on my own cars until i turned 69,, lol. Decided to do it myself. Gates Serpentine Kit $325. Turns out it is an easy job on my Infiniti G37X. Less than an hour start to finisn. I know garages charge more on parts but even if kit was $600 that would be $550 for labor. Like i say i know everything is more expensive. Seems like they want timing belt replacement prices for a serpentine belt. I need recommendations for a new shop.​

They gave me real crappy feedback when I complained multiple times that my breaks didn't feel right when I drove them. I was ignored and sent on my way the first time the second time they said that they changed clips that were upside down. And, I thought that fixed the problem. Nope, I was still sliding when I tried to stop and I was hearing noises when I had the heat and radio off. So, I took it back in there and they looked at me and test drove my car and said nothing was wrong. I have babies that I drive in my car I'm sure alot of people do. The fact that I had to take my car somewhere else because they did a very poor job. And didn't take the time of day to notice clips were put in upside down on both tires and they didn't notice that I had a part of the pad or something rubbing on my tire makes me very angry. I went to Midas across the street and they fixed my brakes replaced my rotors because R and R Tire Express doesn't mess with rotors so if there bad they don't care. I decided after all that not to go back to them. Because I needed brakes that were going to make me feel safe installed on my car and I needed rotors that they couldn't put on that I would get it done at Midas. So, I take my paper work back to R and R Tires Express and they were like we did the best job we could do. And, blamed it on a auto mechanic that was fired. The Manager insured me I would be compensated something and took my information for corporate. I've seen this company they give refunds all the time. But, not me because I'm a female they completely ghosted me for a month. I finally talk to someone and there excuse to me is that they spoke to corporate and there is nothing that they can do because I wouldn't go back and let them try to make it right. So, in the end they left me with financial burden from paying for my brakes twice And gave me emotional Anxiety from being right about my brakes. I was driving my elderly dad around my daughter my grandkids in that unsafe condition and all they did was spit on me for informing them that they need to Do A lot Better Customer Care and not promise refunds or promise to make it right. I hate you guys for wasting my time. I was working 12 hr shifts and sometimes Sat. They really treat you like crap after they get you on their LOAN PlANS. After you sign your life away. There done with you.
