Even weeks after I bought the car I still call or email Josh my questions and he always promptly​ gets back to me. We have taken the best care of it wanting it to last many years. In 2022 the paint started peeling off overnight in sheets on the top of the car. We took it to Toyota who told us they would fix it. They had the car 3-4 days and only repainted the very top of the car where the sunroof was. Last year the hood started peeling in the same way. I took the car to Scott's custom colors and he offered to paint it for $500. So I did the hood out of my own pocket. Now the back passenger door is peeling and I'm being quoted $2500.00 by several places to get this piece fixed. Toyota tells me the time limit for fixing this for them is up to this was a problem with the paint color blizzard pearl. It doesn't stick properly to the car. They have known about this issue for years. Many of their cars made before 2018 had this issue. Why didn't they paint the whole car when the issue began and I took it to them the first time or at the very least help me fix it now? I was told it would cost $10,000 to repaint my whole car. My car is basically ruined. Toyota has brushed me off. When I took the car in for them to take pictures, they told me they would get back to me within 2 weeks. They were going to check into fixing it. They never called and Fred the general manager of service never sent the pictures in. They arent interested in helping. We have bought 4 cars from Toyota of terre haute. This is the way they treat loyal customers. I like Toyotas but won't buy from this dealership again.

We found Finzel's Mastertech within about a mile of us and limped in to see what they could do. The damage turned out to be fairly simple and fairly cheap, and we were back on the road in an hour. That was dumb luck. What isn't dumb luck is how this operation is set up. From the friendly staff who genuinely wanted us back on the road as much as we did to the spacious and comfortable customer lounge to the shop's golden retriever, these guys and gals do it right every step of the way. Nobody looks forward to having their car worked on; Finzel's made the experience easy and--I don't know--almost fun.

Have been taking my car to Wilguess for years & they are the best and most reasonable place in the whole city (to my knowledge). They do engine maintenance, drum & rotor work, and pretty much any general car issue. They do NOT do the following; body work, glass replacement, electrical/wiring issues, wheel alignments. Wilguess is a mom&pop local store, they are ONLY open 8-5 M-F (they close promptly at 5pm). You must call and make an appointment, or else just drop off your car & they will get to it in 2-3days time. They are soo reasonable on price. As standard they will use NEW parts, but if you request they will buy USED to save you some extra cash. Used parts like headlights & stuff. Very knowledgeable mechanics, no BS with you. Might be quiet or gruff at first, BUT ask them questions & they go out of their way to help answer it. I ALWAYS ask where they would take their car for some service & am always happy with their recommendations. In a nutshell, give Wilguess a chance. They are 100% local & you will be totally satisfied with your experience. PS: No shuttle service.

The service technician removed the nail and repaired the tire. Matt, who waited on me, explained what the technician had done. He then told me there was no charge for checking and fixing the tire. I expected to pay for the service. I would highly recommend Belle Tire to anyone. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I will be buying a new set of tires from Belle Tire Center. I already knew I needed new tires due to the wear and tear of the tires. I was very pleased with the total price of the tires. I expected to spend a lot more money than what was quoted to me. First thing they told me that the website was incorrect. Then that it would be an hour. Then after 15 minutes they said I was next. 45 minutes later my truck is still in the parking lot. I asked them if they were going to get to it and the assistant manager said he didn't know and that it might be another hour or longer or they might close before they get to it. I said give me my keys and he laughed about it. He just lost them about 8 customers with that laugh.

We also got some nice perks like oil changes, warranty, etc. that you don't always find with a used vehicle. It was late on a Saturday when we purchased and they said they had not had a chance to detail the car (even though it was really clean). They insisted that they owed us a full detail and said we could bring it back. Cam even found a tiny chip on the windshield when taking off a sticker and they took care of that too. We had one issue a couple of weeks after purchase with a bad brake sensor and they took COMPLETE responsibility, fixed it and did not charge me a dime. Cam is friendly and easy to work with and Nicole in service is awesome!
