Next day, he said the OEM paint doesn't seem to match, which entailed him going back to the paint manufacturer to work out a more suitable color, so he asked if it was ok to leave an additional day, to which I said ok. Third time was a charm and result was perfect. So what made this a uniquely positive experience was the fact that Edgar seems to want to take pride in a providing his clients a perfect product; and is willing to do what it takes to make it right. Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I didnt like what the other place quoted me so decided to shop around. Found Stress free which is a ten minute walk from my house. I started with fluid flush and replacement services. My first appointment was for my transmission fluid. They were performing their free routine inspection and found two problems I didn't even know I had. My battery was on its last legs and they caught the low voltage. The week prior, I thought it was my key fob and just replaced the battery in my key fob. They saved me from being stranded with a dead battery. Then they noticed a giant nail in the inner sidewall if one of my rear tires. I always inspect my tires before I commute every day but never check the inside since I cant see it. Again, saved me from a blow out on the bridge. I agreed to have them replace the tire. They tracked one down from a place in San Jose. Installed same day. The tech did scratch my rim when mounting the tire, as seen in photo. Not to worry. George immediately pointed it out and offered to fix it by outsourcing to have it repainted asap. Oni worked tirelessly with me and around my schedule to complete this task. Even offered me a loaner so I wouldnt be without a car. Very happy with the result and youd never know it was scratched. I brought it back for both coolant flush and brake fluid flush services, as well as my oil change. All three visits had service promotion coupons available. Very happy with the transparency of price, convenience of being open Saturday AND SUNDAY, cleanliness of location and comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait while repairs are being done. I cant say enough good things about Stress Free Auto. They do live up to their name. Thanks George and Oni, I appreciate you.

After reading the reviews on Yelp, I called this company to get a price quote on a fender roll. First impressions are everything, the guy who picked up the phone had an attitude and I felt like I interrupted and bothered him by calling. Phone call lasted 10 seconds and if you can't even answer a phone properly with no customer service skills and are so unenthusiastic, I don't want to spend my hard earned money or time at a business like this. From previous experience I have learned that customer service always matches the quality of work. read more

Nick rolled the fenders on my Chevy SS. I really appreciated his suggestion to do a "staged" roll. In other words, do a little rolling right away, and then get more aggressive later if the new wheels rub. Excellent suggestion! Also he "tapered" my roll so the fender gradually rolled up to the apex of the wheel well where it had the maximum roll for a less dramatic change in appearance. Two thumbs up. read more
