do not ever buy a car from this place if i could leave zero stars i would. i drove four hours to…read moreget a 2019 dodge charger that they claimed had never been damaged and had no issues at all. turns out the cars been hit multiple times and the coolant tank was full to the brim with motor oil and stop leak. i had to replace the whole cooling system and hydraulic lines i went back and forth with the owner for two weeks before he finally sent a check to pay for the damages and then after that was fixed my mechanic said theres something wrong with my back breaks and my front left tire AND my check engine light is still on after fixing the coolant issue. these people are big fat liars just trying to make as much money as they can off people. the owner claimed their mechanic checked out this car a week before i came to buy it well they need a better mechanic then because i find it hard to believe a mechanic wouldn't notice a coolant tank full of oil. this place is a joke and i would've rather bought a car off facebook marketplace than a shitty dealer like this one.

Should be an amazing experience, except for the fact that the sales manager forgot to inform the staff and the car was not ready for me to pick up. A year later, the service department took in my vehicle and quoted me 90 minutes for the service. They found that I needed an alignment, which is perfectly acceptable, but they decided that would take 3 more hours (??), they did not tell me this and they did not offer to get me a loaner for the inconvenience being that I would have to sit at a dealership all day. When I left, the service manager asked if he could do anything to make it up for me. I told him to discount the service, he threw up his arms and walked away. I'll never go to Competition Subaru for anything, ever again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I would suggest thinking long and hard before visiting this dealership.

And it was also still a major inconvenience for me as I use my truck everyday for work and it ended up taking 2 days to fix. Genuine collision in Medford where they had me bring it to, fixed it beautifully though and they were great to deal with. I'll leave it at 3 stars for this experience. In the end, it was taken care of but not without some headaches.
