do not ever buy a car from this place if i could leave zero stars i would. i drove four hours to get a 2019 dodge charger that they claimed had never been damaged and had no issues at all. turns out the cars been hit multiple times and the coolant tank was full to the brim with motor oil and stop leak. i had to replace the whole cooling system and hydraulic lines i went back and forth with the owner for two weeks before he finally sent a check to pay for the damages and then after that was fixed my mechanic said theres something wrong with my back breaks and my front left tire AND my check engine light is still on after fixing the coolant issue. these people are big fat liars just trying to make as much money as they can off people. the owner claimed their mechanic checked out this car a week before i came to buy it well they need a better mechanic then because i find it hard to believe a mechanic wouldn't notice a coolant tank full of oil. this place is a joke and i would've rather bought a car off facebook marketplace than a shitty dealer like this one. read more

When it was being serviced they noticed the water pump belt was hitting the hose for the radiator. When they took it apart they saw the passenger side frame was pushed in by 3 inches . DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! purchased an Infiniti being told they had done an inspection on the car and within the past 5 months of having it I have had to have it serviced 5 times and was without a vehicle for a total of two weeks. when I called to ask about service because I have a 2 year warranty, they had me bring my car in to have it serviced yet it was still experiencing issues prior to service. I came in to speak to a manager after the 5th time my car had broke-down within less than 5 months and spoke with eric a salesperson who had nothing but a nasty attitude and spoke to me with 0 respect. When I came in speaking to eric I had explained to him how I need my car because I'm in nursing school and have missed work and school because of my vehicles issues and he said to me"that has nothing to do with me" a completely inhumane (idgaf about your problems) kind of answer. On Autoland's website, owner Mr. Thomas Cunningham claims that he puts his customer "first in importance," that he is "proud of the vehicles" he sells, and assure readers of the "high standards" and "quality of cars" at his dealership. My experience has been that these are disgusting lies: Autoland is the epitome of every stereotype of the dishonorable, fraudulent, scamming, cheating, crooked used car salesmen that consumers dread encountering when they transact business. When a customer buys a car with under 11k miles on it and three days later a check engine light comes on, is that something to be "proud of?" When that new purchase stalls on the Long Island Expressway with your wife and child in the vehicle three days after purchase is that something to be "proud of?" Is that an example of the "quality of car" that Autoland has on its lot? While it's understandable for a vehicle to have problems, would Autoland maintain that they're putting the customer "first in importance" when they don't respond to a customer's calls and emails about these mechanical problems? When we called and emailed documentation of the engine problem, neither Mr. Cunningham nor the salesman responded. So we drove to Autoland with the check engine light on, over 20 miles, at which time Mr. Cunningham, shockingly, asked if I would be willing to drive the car back another day to have it repaired. Such requests and treatment are not evidence of high standards or customer primacy that Autoland publicizes on its website. Under three weeks later, the check engine light again illuminated for the 2nd time. I called and emailed Autoland to make them aware of the problem. Once again, Autoland has not responded to my calls or emails. After over 6 weeks of waiting for a return of my calls and emails, I, again made the 20+ mile drive to Autoland to seek reimbursement. Mr. Cunningham wasn't in, I was told, but I was assured he'd call me later that afternoon when he returned to the office. One would expect that an owner who puts in writing that the customer is "first in importance" and claims he has "high standards," would return my call, but to this day, he hasn't. From March 17th to today, nobody has returned my calls or email--even after I drove to the dealership to complain...that nobody returns my calls. Ironically, Autoland's website acknowledges that used car dealerships "sometimes get a bad rap;" my experience with Autoland illustrates that Mr. Cunningham and Autoland's behavior perpetuate that bad rap. Dealership gave vehicle to Staria repair station which basically just turned off the check engine light without fixing the issue. Went back & forth with Auto Land who said the check engine light was not on when they sold the vehicle to me and I must have done something to break the vehicle. It ended up the catalytic converters were bad and I spend a few thousand dollars having them replaced. Autoland would not refund me or answer my e-mails. I do not recommend buying from this place. This was my first experience buying a newer/used car from a dealer. While service was friendly at first my experience with Autoland has turned into a nightmare that has impacted my entire life. I purchased a car with all my savings, borrowed from a client as well as put on a credit card. Four days into owning this car i had to replace the brakes, calipers and rotors. A week in, it completely broke down in a traffic circle. I was hopeful they were helping as they came and got the car a week later ton"fix it" . They determined it needed a new transmission. It took over 3 weeks, with little to no communication to get the car back. Thinking things were good now I drove with confidence and was grateful, until 3 weeks later, the car completely lost power and stopped driving in a busy intersection/turning lane. I almost caused a 4 car pile up and then was almost struck by a school bus. I had to call the police to redirect traffic and have the car towed yet again. My mechanic is uncertain but it could be a faulty alternator and bad wiring along with a corroded battery. He has also brought to my attention it needs all new bearings now too. I'm a single mom that works 3 jobs and need a car to survive. I have lost all my savings and racked up massive credit card bills trying to fix this thing. I still have not even received a title for this car so selling isn't an option and I'd feel guilty doing it as who knows what else is wrong with it. I highly recommend stearing far away from these people who claim each car is ensured to be ready to go upon purchase. I don't think they even looked at this car before putting on the lot. I bought a car here about a year ago. WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD the car should not have passed inspection. I will say right away that I had fair credit, not poor, just fair at the time since I was going through a divorce. Regardless, I feel like it was no excuse for the EXTREME advantage that was taken of me. I hate to bring discrimination into it, but you know what they say about how a girl buying a car by herself is treated. I took home a Hyundai Elantra. The car was 11k, I put down 3K CASH in fees, and still owe almost 20k on 5e car, bc they charged me exorbitant fees which did not credit me a DIME towards the balance of this car. After one week, the check engine light went on. I had a MAP sensor changed. $90 in parts, $90 in labor. Two months into buying the car, I found out that the rear and front brake pads were completely (90%) worn down, and needed to be repaired. . $500 plus labor. This should not have been the case so soon after purchase. 4 months after buying the car, a tire blew out and had to be replaced. I had my mechanic check the other tires, granted it is not my regular mechanic, just a guy at mavis with no bias, I learned that the other 3 tires were garbage as well and had rotting and needed to be replaced ASAP, which I could not afford, so I just changed the one tire, about $300 Routine maintenance came about 4 month later, now we are nearly 8 months into having the car. It costs me $1599 to replace the remaining tires, rotors, spark plugs, work done on the suspension, and fans. A week later, the check engine light is back on!!! Keep in mind, the garbage "warranty" they gave me, assuring me I'd be covered with some maintance, has as yet contributed ZERO dollars to getting anything fixed. I work very hard - 65 hours a week to pay a ridiculously expensive car payment every month on a ten year old car, and on top of that I was LIED TO, CHEATED. I'm up nights worrying this piece of garbage vehicle is going to break down somewhere. Before I bought the car, I begged them not to sell me something unreliable. They assured me I was covered, he belts and tires were new, etc, as I can prove with bills after bills, these things had to be fixed, which means they were in horrible condition when I drove off the lot. I only drive 5-6 miles a day to school and work. Guess what, after a year has passed. The check engine light is still on, and the car cannot pass inspection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

I thought I'd have more financing options through a car broker but this was not the case. Autoland works with various dealerships as a middle man and provided very little transparency regarding their credit application process. Legitimate dealerships will provide a copy of your credit report and detailed information. The financing department at Autoland provided very different numbers for two vehicles that were the same make and model with a one year difference. The older vehicle with a history of damage was a "better deal" which I found very suspect. I'm not sure which banks they used because they didn't tell us. They quickly glossed over information about fees that must be paid to the banks and their own manipulation of the cost of the vehicle. Unfortunately the car had some unforeseen problems a couple of times, and even though the warranty was over by several hundred miles, which I wasn't aware of, they stood by what they sell and fixed it. They are consummate professionals and very good business people. I even got a bit crappy with him, but Tom was great and I'm sorry I was not so great. Just was frustrated as hell. I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from AutoLand USA six weeks ago. I was assured that any issues with the car would be fixed before I picked it up, and it would be detailed to remove a few blemishes in the paint. When I picked it up a few days later, not only was it not detailed, it was actually dirty. Upon delivery, the price on the invoice was $200 higher than the price in the ad, and they added a $895 prep fee (I guess that covered the shiny stuff they sprayed all over the tires and dash). Paul refused to correct the price. On the way home I noticed that the power mirrors didn't work, one window didn't open, and the parking brake didn't hold. I brought the car back, and they fixed it, but it took a full week. I picked it up on a Saturday, and on the way home, I noticed that now one rear brake was not releasing. I dropped it off on Monday, and didn't get it back until Friday afternoon. At this point, the car was in their possession for almost two weeks. I drove the car for a week, and got in it one morning to find the clutch pedal stuck to the floor. This indicates a problem with the hydraulic clutch mechanism. I called, and was told I'd have to talk to Tom, the owner. After not calling me back for a few days, I finally got him on the phone. He told me that clutches aren't covered under the warrantee. I had been driving the car for one week! He was also rude, and basically called me liar about having the car for a week to fix the brake caliper, insisting he only had it one day (Monday afternoon to Friday afternoon is four days). Yesterday I came out to a large puddle of coolant under the car. I called again and spoke to Mike, who sold me this car. He said to bring it in. I replied that the car had no coolant and should be towed. He said I'd have to talk to Tom again, and he would call me back. At this point I got a little upset and told Mike that Tom was very rude to me, and that my experiences were pushing me to make a complaint to consumer affairs. Mike assured me that Tom would call me back. Twenty four hours later with no call back. I called again and got Mike, who now got nasty with me about threatening him with filing a complaint. He said that it may not be covered under my limited warranty and that my attitude made him not want to help me anymore. I hung up the phone. Now I have a dead car that I can't even trade in because I haven't even received the title yet. These guys give used car dealers their bad reputation. My wife and I rarely ever deal with non corporate dealerships due to the common stereotypes surrounding those establishments. We visited several locations in our neighborhood and between the condition of the cars, the tranparent sales pitches and condition of the offices, we were really regretting it. Finally, on the verge of giving up. We decided to search outside our neighborhood of East Patchogue and instead check out Selden Dealerships. Immediately Autoland stuck out because of all the raving reviews. I was skeptical to say the least and really believed it was the same as before. From the moment we pulled into their lot we could tell this was different from those run down used car places. Everything was clean and the representatives working with several potential customers didn't seem to have that desperation in their demeanor we noticed with the other people. We walked into their main office which was extremely clean which was a relief because my two year old gets into everything. I spoke to Sales Rep Paul and explained we were looking for something cheap, a point A to B vehicle and didnt have to be flashy within our price range. He looks us over sees we have two kids and asked us to follow him. He walked us directly over to a 2014 Kia Rio with 42,000 miles on it. We sat in the car and right away knew it was the car for us. It had more than we expected and came in $100.00 per month less than we were planning on spending. Better yet, the KIA was still under manufacturers warranty which to us shows they price their vehicles to sell rather than gouge. We were in and out in under 2 hours without any complaints or feeling taken advantage of. It's been back 4 times (which is recorded) and every single time all the work was not completed fully. I already contacted dmv, the district attorney, and my lawyer.
