I needed two huge eucalyptus tree removed from the hill behind my home in Mission Viejo There was a danger of one or both blowing over and damaging my neighbors house below during the next Santa Ana wind. I got quotes from two other companies. RM Tree service had previously left a card at our house so I asked for a quote. The price was dramaticly lower than the other bids. In fact Ramiro offered to cut down another smaller tree and grind the stump at no additional charge. I couldn't believe how good the quote was so checked out online reviews and checked their license and insurance status. Everything checked out so I gave them the job. They showed up two fays later with crew of eight and equipment. They finished the job that day except for stump grinding the next day. This vendor had a one week notice for tree trimming services to be rendered. We had to reach out with continuous confirmation during the week to which he replied throughout the week up until the day of appointment. On the night before the appointment, he asked us to send pictures of our trees, which was unusual because wouldn't Wen have asked this question in the beginning?. Nonetheless, my wife and I spent a great deal of time moving items in the backyard in preparation for the 7:30 AM appointment for tree trimming. the vendor indicated that he would be running behind, and we reiterate that we had a window cleaning appointment that we could not reschedule and that we would accommodate his delayed arrival. He must still be in traffic eight hours after the appointment he still has not shown up nor responded to text. We would not recommend him. read more

I needed to have several large shrubs in my back patio removed, and the growth was so extensive (not to mention thorny) that I simply couldn't deal with it myself. RM were one of the first to answer my request for a quote, and came back with a number and availability right away. In spite of my own late reply, they were able to come the next day to remove remove and take away the shrubs. Not only did RM provide me with a great quote price, but they completed the job in an hour and actually did slightly more than I had expected--in addition to clearing out basically all shrubs besides our lime tree, they also took care of all the fallen limes on the ground and left the back patio cleaner than when they arrived.
