Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. Then, this week a neighbors Sisso started creeping into my yard. Called to have them come out and kill off the root that was in my yard. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. He knew this was an easily solved problem and essentially gave up a job because it was the honest thing to do. Incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking.
