On most recent visit, the owner insisted my gift certificates were expired. Although correct based on her internal system, there was no indication on the gift cards of an expiration date. In addition, she thought it would be appropriate to charge full price after not honoring the gift cards. Paying full price twice is fun, especially when your appointment starts late. I haven't been back since and never intend on returning.

I booked a 60 min massage through Groupon and a few days later was texted to figure out a date and…read moretime for two weeks in advance. We agreed at 1pm. At 12:30pm the day of the massage, 30 mins before as I am on my way, she texted me that it would need to now be at 1:30 or 2pm. I texted her back and told her that would not work, I was on my way already, and that I had a virtual doctors appointment scheduled for 2:20pm, but figured because it was a 60 min massage that it would be no issue. I get there before 1pm and she answers the door and tells me she won't do 1pm anymore. And that because Groupon takes a percentage my massage only pays her $55 and she doesn't care if she doesn't do my massage. Why would you sign your business up for Groupon if you don't get paid enough for your service through it and then make the customer feel bad for even purchasing it? I am currently unemployed, but having some of the worst back pain of my life and waited two weeks patiently to be able to get this massage to provide some relief. I put a lot of thought into purchasing something like this for myself because of my circumstance. I wasted gas to get here for nothing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I almost hate to leave a review because this place is such a gem I'd love to keep for myself! I had been wary of getting my nails done, whether it be to treat myself or for an event - since it has always felt like something to check off the to-do list. But now that I've found a home at Le Soleil, it's been something I look forward to. The precision, artistry and care they put in is unparalleled, and the atmosphere will have you feeling like a long time regular *family member* of Le Soleil in no time. I am sitting here trying to think of how not to drag this out, but there is def a story here!…read moreI make an "impulsive" appt. telling the owner exactly what I want done, and that my hair was waist length. She tells me there are 2 girls, and she chose the one I should have. So I show up, and this girl reeks of cigarette smoke...not a terrible thing, I can deal with that. We proceed to look at photos of cuts and finally decide on one. The girl was acting all excited to be cutting my hair, and kept saying she was going to have so much fun. I asked for my "pony tail". She began cutting away...I chose a very short cut. Part way thru she decided to use her razor. All of a sudden she cuts her thumb! Blood everywhere! Now she is sucking on her thumb like a vampire...the bleeding won't stop! She is trying to work on my hair, and I am getting nervous about her blood getting in my hair. She laughs, and tells me she had her HIV shot...seriously, there is NO such thing! Now she tries to find a bandaid...to no avail. She continues to suck blood, and cut my hair, sigh*! I notice there is Kleenex overhead, and suggest she wrap her finger and apply pressure. At first she hesitated, then grabbed a Kleenex to humor me, I think. I also saw rubber gloves, and suggested she put one on until the bleeding stops, she declined. Finally that fiasco is over, and she is cutting closer, and getting to where we are almost finished. I told her several times to get rid of my side burns! Needless to say, I had to get rid of them myself when I got home. The hair around my ears would be pushed back, and I noticed that she cut into my hair wrong, leaving a blunt chopped look. I brought this to her attention, and actually had to tell her what way to hold my hair in order not to get this affect. By now, I wanted to leave! I was actually scared! I wanted the top of my hair spiked, but she didn't cut it short enuff to spike, so it just lays flat.....I will have to fix that myself also. I even told her what scissors to use to get the "effect" I was looking for..the thinning shears. Seriously, this girl had no clue about cutting hair. I forgot to mention that the 1st 45 minutes of being there, I had to listen to her "Life Story". Not impressed! Ok, all done, now I want gel. Well, she can't find any! So far since I been there, this is a salon with no elastics, no bandaids, and no gel...except for sale. She finally finds some, and proceeds to put it on "dry" hair...again, I told her to wet my hair, then apply the gel. I am sure I have forgotten other details, but this will do for now. I paid this girl $50.00 for a horrible experience! I want to add, that the reason I wanted to go to this place is because I had gone there over 30 yrs ago, and was very pleased. The owners have changed. I will Never go back there!
