A few days after the L&L Insulation visit that went so well, our insurance company needed a drywall repair estimate before we could move a claim forward. Aundrea and Gary WERE ON IT! The cost was more than reasonable, the quote came quickly and the lead time to get it done was better than expected in today's world. I was not mistaken in my earlier comments that highly recommended L&L.

The results were great with a noticeable increase in comfort, reduced drafts, and less cycling of the furnace. The house is also quieter. I also used Mike and his team about 10 years ago for attic insulation, air sealing, and some other areas of targeted insulation work. They also installed a high efficiency Goodman furnace, which has performed incredibly well with zero issues over the last decade. That project itself reduced my gas bill by approximately 50% in the coldest winter months, not to mention making the house much more liveable.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!

His final quote for the project was reasonable, and we arranged for a date and time for the project to occur.
