A few days after the L&L Insulation visit that went so well, our insurance company needed a drywall repair estimate before we could move a claim forward. Aundrea and Gary WERE ON IT! The cost was more than reasonable, the quote came quickly and the lead time to get it done was better than expected in today's world. I was not mistaken in my earlier comments that highly recommended L&L.

Another 1 star review…read more We used Bone Dry last year to fix a leak from our gutters on to an outdoor stairway. We had to call them back two times within the same month because the leak kept on returning. They stated that they underbid the job and that out of the kindness of their hearts they would fix the issue even though it would cost more than they quoted me. Guess what? It has not even been an entire year and the leak is back in full force. Listen to the reviews, this company deserves its 3 star rating, use them at your own risk.

The results were great with a noticeable increase in comfort, reduced drafts, and less cycling of the furnace. The house is also quieter. I also used Mike and his team about 10 years ago for attic insulation, air sealing, and some other areas of targeted insulation work. They also installed a high efficiency Goodman furnace, which has performed incredibly well with zero issues over the last decade. That project itself reduced my gas bill by approximately 50% in the coldest winter months, not to mention making the house much more liveable.

When I reached out in May for an attic insulation project estimate, Francisco was so responsive and…read moreset up a time to stop by and take care of the estimate within a day. Unlike some of the businesses we'd contacted, he did more than pop his head into our attic space and give us a cost. He carefully examined our attic space so that he could not only gauge how much insulation we needed but also how to best air seal the attic to increase the insulation efficiency. His final quote for the project was reasonable, and we arranged for a date and time for the project to occur. Not only was the crew on time, they completed the project as promised and were respectful of our living space, doing their best to minimize attic dust and grime from escaping into the main floor where we live. Thank you, Francisco, and your crew for completing the project on time, as promised. Your professionalism and commitment to seeing a project through successfully speaks volumes about your business. I wish you all the best and have already recommended you to other people I know who are in the market for home insulation.

Poor communication habits…read more The agent I chatted with in Yelp chat (Debbie M) responded to my project request for bathroom drywall replacement. She said she was interested in scheduling a project walkthru, and gave me her phone number. Since I'm hard of hearing, I asked if we could instead continue the scheduling discussion via email, to which she agreed, and provided her email address. So I immediately sent her an email... and that was the end of our communication. No response to my email and no further communication via Yelp chat either, despite several prompts from me asking for a response. Completely ghosted. Verdict: Poor communication skills, total waste of my time having engaged with them. Avoid.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. They first did the insulation and we noticed a difference almost immediately. They also took care of submitting the Xcel rebate paperwork for it. The solar panels and EVSE came a bit later. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!
