Found them through the truecar app. Purchased a car and had to return to the shop an hour away each weekend for 3 more weekends. Had to come back next weekend to get the air fixed. They ordered the wrong part to repair the air conditioning. Had to come back the next weekend. They couldn't get to it, so had to come back next weekend. Picked it up and on the way home it broke down on the interstate. Had it towed back to them and had to return the next weekend. Finally picked up the car and got it home. Then they called claiming they would have to call the repo man if they didn't get the rest of their money. We informed them that they had all their money and we sent them a scan of the document saying so. He said , "that's my signature but I'll have to check the cameras to make sure you were here". These people are shady and untrustworthy. Even if the price isn't as low, I strongly recommend buying from somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We were driving from Minnesota to Florida in our new Toyota Siena and started getting error…read moremessages after we passed through Chattanooga. We decided to stop for lunch In Dalton Georgia. The car wouldn't start after lunch. Luckily we were only two miles from North Georgia Toyota. We had the car towed there and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They took the car in soon after we arrived. The owner came and reassured us that they would find the problem and hopefully could fix it this afternoon. It turned out that the after market trailer hitch wiring had caused a short in the car's lighting system. We were on our way two hours later with a bag of popcorn for us and one for our two dogs!

I told the service guy & manager about it & they said run flat damages the tire making repairs impossible. They refused to even remove the tire & inspect it. They didn't even have the off-road tires to try & upsell me, but just said it was unfixable. The service manager told me he is a "tire guy" & this was an impossible repair. Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business. I won't be returning. You should avoid it as well.
