They took the car in soon after we arrived. The owner came and reassured us that they would find the problem and hopefully could fix it this afternoon. It turned out that the after market trailer hitch wiring had caused a short in the car's lighting system. We were on our way two hours later with a bag of popcorn for us and one for our two dogs!

They didn't even have the off-road tires to try & upsell me, but just said it was unfixable. The service manager told me he is a "tire guy" & this was an impossible repair. Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business. I won't be returning. You should avoid it as well.

In the smallest possible fine print on the back, it mentioned that "other prizes may be awarded," but the overall impression was that I had actually won something substantial. At the time, I was struggling financially and holding onto hope that this might help me get through the month, so I went in to see if it was real. What followed was an hour and a half of high-pressure sales tactics. I was cornered in an office and aggressively pushed to sign paperwork for a new van--despite explaining that I could barely afford to keep my current car running, let alone take on a new payment. When it finally came time to "claim my prize," I was handed what I believe was a five-dollar gift card. This happened quite a while ago, so my memory may not be perfect--but that's what I recall. That was the entire prize. When I questioned it, they pointed to the fine print as justification. But regardless of the technicalities, this kind of bait-and-switch tactic feels incredibly predatory--especially when targeting people who are already in a difficult financial position. This happened at the downtown Chattanooga location, but I've also seen the same misleading promotion come from their Walnut Ave. location in Dalton. I'll own up to being too trusting, but that doesn't excuse their tactics. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is unethical and predatory. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust anything--not even a tricycle--from any Edd Kirby dealership.

My husband asked the employees in the lot if he could change the tire out to the spare tire in their parking lot, they said it was fine. He proceeded to get out and change it himself. Next thing we know, guys from service department ask if they can help us. They changed a tire for us, after closing, out of the goodness of their hearts. It means the world to us that y'all helped us get back on the road to get back home to TN. We don't live in the area, but we would GLADLY give this place the best recommendation ever. Water pump blew on my 2014 E350 just before my hotel exit #333…read more I managed to get to my hotel on Thursday night, actually Friday morning at 12:30 AM. Was on the phone with Ford of Dalton first thing Friday morning, and they told me there will be a $199 diagnosis fee. I explained that I had already diagnosed my vehicle, as the water pump was dumping coolant, and I had two strands of my serpentine belt, that by The Grace of God, got me to my hotel. I am not NEW. NOT my first rodeo. Service manager advised that I have the vehicle towed to the dealership and there would still be a $199 diagnosis fee. Hard pass, I got all fixed up by 4:30 PM that same day for a total of $450.
