We have completed over 60 medical project across the country and Brett did as good, if not better job than anyone we use. He did drone shots as well and both interior and exterior shots. Over a sixty-day escrow, he was never in the office once. Not once. So, with no one paying attention to my escrow, the company failed to follow the very clear and simple instructions that the loan originator provided in writing, costing me several hundred dollars in unnecessary costs. My escrow closed over a month ago, and I am still dealing with the mess they created. Use them if you crave no communication, terrible follow-through, rework, have loads of free time to clean up their mess, and enjoy spending money unnecessarily.
