I have been to Palm Springs several times over the year as a tourist but still was not knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and advantages of various areas in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. My spouse and I were very interested in working with a realtor that could advise us as we started looking for our new home. We had started looking for a home in Palm Springs in September of 2023 and our first step was to find a realtor site that was helpful with information on the area, and a user-friendly feed to our email with up to the day new home listings. We really liked the website and emails from "Darci Hope Realtor" on https://www.viewpalmspringshomesforsale.com/ In November we decided to take a trip to look at a few condos and homes and also to find our favorite neighborhoods. We were not in a hurry to find a place so we really wanted to find the neighborhoods we liked best then wait on the right homes in those areas to become available. Darci picked us up and we spent most of a day looking at condos and homes in Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert. We looked at 6 homes and drive to a few without going in.
