Anthony was an amazing agent. He is knowledgeable of the market and is a true strategist. I had an investment property in Rancho Mirage that he managed the sale without me there at all. Excellent communication and informed me at every step in the selling process. I typically never write reviews but he deserves it tenfold. After analyzing my property he went over and beyond and touched up the place for an amazing price. He got his team to paint, updated fixtures, and stage the home. After his team completed the work, the house was sold in a matter of 4 days! He's a saving grace and one hell of a stand-up guy. For me, it's not all about the money but who I work with. You can trust him, rely on him, and feel at ease knowing you are working with the best in the valley! - Danny M. read more

I worked with Anthony to buy my first home and it was an A plus experience! I had heard he was a hard worker and he did not disappoint. I initially contacted Anthony about my interest in a property and by that afternoon he had visited the property, contacted the realtor, and done research for similar housing sales in the area. He was able to negotiate home repairs and had the seller cover closing costs even after they declined in the initial counter offer. We closed in under 30 days and I ll never forget his sincere excitement to hand me the keys. He is a fierce friend and the guy I recommend to have in your corner. Not only have I had the distinct privilege to work alongside and learn from Anthony Bauer, but also trust and utilize his professional services when it came to selling my desert home in December. Anthony knew my situation and started working for me before I even listed the property with him. Although the home fell out of escrow twice Anthony never brought bad news without giving us good news along with it ( in both cases having another offer in hand when telling me the buyer had backed out). Anthony works his a$$ off for his clients and always keeps the transaction as stress free as possible. His charismatic, positive, can-do attitude backed with the actions and results a client is looking for, is why I highly recommend Anthony for any real estate transactions and any referrals you may require. We listed our home with Anthony after having it on the market for months with another agent. We really appreciated Anthony's professionalism and that fact that he did exactly what he said he would do to sell our home. He showed us the comps in our area that helped us price our home to sell. As a result we got quick results. Sold it for more then we had expected! We were amazed at how diligent Anthony was on keeping us posted on what was going on with the marketing of our home and once it was sold his communication with us gave us peace of mind that all elements of the sale of our home were under control. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their property! Thanks Anthony. read more

I have worked with Anthony Bauer since I got in the Industry 15 years ago. I have gone through a couple markets with him. Anthony is a professional in both Residential and Commercial that being said I vote his brain cells are bigger than the average whale . On a serious, not so serious, funny kinda note. This is what I would say about Bauer he has the best personality I know! How does "best personality" help you or plays out in business or is Real Estate. This is how... Bauer becomes best friends with any and every problem that arises on a transaction. There isn't a single real estate deal that is the same on any level. So if it's an inspection issue, guess who he makes best friend with, the inspector, guess who he's already best friends with ? Everyone one that the buyer or seller will ever need to hire. What if the loan is going south for one of the billion reasons it can... he goes straight to the damn underwriter and president or owner of the bank. Yup none of this is made up! What if the deal is far apart from coming together on the negotiating side yup.... Bauer jumps in becomes everyone's best friend and say... "let's all be one happy family and all work together to close this" and he gets everyone to come up/ come down or play out their part. Bauer has a vision, he's sees through walls! He has been an incredible person to close all types of real estate deals with. He is incredible with the auctions, short sales, and he has an ability to see through numbers for investors. At the end of the day! You "won't" find a happier, more vibrant, caring, entertaining, sincere, honest and fun real estate agent in the valley! I have worked with 1000's of real estate agents and Anthony has a drive and a fight that is never ending! Anthony isn't a talker, he is a doer! 15 years working with him on the title and escrow side. It's been an honor to work with him! He never looses his passion, he never gets comfortable and his attitude will blow anyone's out the water! I would for sure, no if ands or butts put my name behind him in a small desert, where your name means everything! read more
