We arrived late at night on a weekday and there were only 3 cars charging with plenty more stalls left available to use for charging. Charging only took 17 minutes to charge from 39% to 85%. But, this station does not accept the plan I'm under through my lease, which is complimentary charging through the end of my lease. So the drive there wasn't worth the price I had to pay after charging my car for 10-minutes. Availability of stations, readily available at that time of night. I did see there was security roaming around, so it's nice to know it's a safe night location. I'm sure during Costcos operating hours it's convenient. This Tesla charing spot is always super busy and many times has a bit of a wait…read more It's always almost packed on weekdays in the AM when I go (~8am-10am) and especially on the weekends. Oddly some weekend mornings have been ok. The reason I am giving less stars is more so the caliber of Tesla owners who come to this spot. I get not all people who charge here are locals (I am definitely not, but come here enough to visit family and see the issues with this location), but man some people just don't have any etiquette, but also in combination of how the layout is, it causes so much traffic coming into the parking lot. It is too close to the entrance so the line wraps around towards the entrance causing congestion and to help elevate this, some drive around to the other side of the chargers causing confusion on who was there first and many end up cutting the line by going around to the other side. On a positive note, you can kill time by walking around the shopping area or grab a bite to eat or boba near buy. The down fall, is the reception in some areas are bad or goes in and out so I recommend to set an alarm (this is for both AT&T and T-mobile carriers). Overall: I do like the location, just not the layout. If you just plan in sitting in your car, many charging stations have opened up near by, so I recommend going there instead to avoid the chaos. However, if you do plan on shopping or killing time, then this is a nice spot to charge, but just prepare for a possible wait or get frustrated by people cutting you in line. It is a safe area, so that is another thing you can count on and if you really want to charge here, I recommend to come early early in the morning before things are open or late at night when things are closing to guarantee less of a wait. One last thing, if you come here on a busy weekend night, be prepared to have non EV cars park in the charging stations as well!

I remember the day my Honda overheated on the 91 freeway on the way home from work in 1992. The tow truck took my car to Onda Pro and we have returned over and over again ever since. That fun little Honda of my college days eventually turned into a mini-van for tinsy kiddos, which turned into two more mini-vans as those little ones grew into teens with all the sports and activity paraphernalia that comes with the them. We have had Hondas, Dodges, Toyotas, and Hyundais.... and all of them get serviced and repaired at Onda Pro. Currently, our family has four vehicles that are "customers" here. Lee and Tony are not only outstanding mechanics, but honest men as well. That is the stand out quality of Onda Pro. I have walked away every single time thankful that I have a mechanic that I can trust. They have saved me money often. Taking care of our family's cars is not cheap and we HATE car problems (mostly because we like to do things ourselves and fixing cars is not something we can do). I cannot tell you how many times we have taken a car to Onda Pro, quoted for repair, and then later called to be told it will be less $$ than expected. Wow. This consideration of their customers and concern for doing the right thing, makes it easy to return time and time again - fully trusting them to take care of us. It simplifies decisions and when they say something needs doing.... we do it. A huge thank you to these men and this shop.... they have provided great service, quality expertise, and have kept numerous older cars running safely for our entire family. In that process, they are genuinely friendly and sensitive to budget constraints. I appreciate them beyond words. Thank you for all these years of outstanding service!!
