Simply put, I would not eat here again. The concept is great - think Chipotle pick-your-own ingredients meets pizza. But on execution... there was a lot to be desired. All three pizzas were undercooked in our opinion - the cheese was sloppy and while the crust was nicely cooked, each felt messy - wet, if you will. And the "roasted garlic" on the Arugula Pizza was actually *raw* garlic, and WAY too much of it. My pizza was nearly inedible; I had to deconstruct it to take much of the garlic off so I could eat a few slices. We took the cheese pizza home and finished cooking it in our own oven the next day, but it kind of defeated the point of going out to eat if we had to finish cooking it. read more

We have tried Riverwalk Pizza a few times- the first go was pretty good. The pizzas are relatively small and if you order delivery as with most pizza places you are most assuredly going to receive a luke warm pie. Meat lovers is my go to. The most recent order was disappointing- I ordered a meat pizza with onion and the onion arrived raw. Def didn't make it into the oven. Oddly enough trying to call the establishment is difficult so the next day I drove down to ask- is raw onion something new? The rather young team at the time looked at me collectively dumbfounded and one young lady apologized and that was about it. Pizza for the most part and in my opinion, is an art. Really good pizza is really good pizza and consistency is everything. Will give Riverwalk a rest for a while and stick with Pizza Villa! read more

I would give zero stars if i could. The most flavorless food I've had. Came here with my boyfriend and his family. They all got pizza and my boyfriend and I got two different mac&cheeses. He went with the pepperoni pizza mac&cheese. It was about a handful of pepperoni on top of plain macaroni. There wasn't any cheese to be found. It also didn't have any flavor. I went with the caprese mac&cheese. It had chopped tomatoes and some balsamic. When you think of caprese you think of fresh mozerella. There was no cheese to be found in my mac&cheese either. It was more of a bruschetta mac&cheese. Both mac&cheeses were very dry!! Not creamy like mac&cheese typically is. I tried a bite of the mac&cheese pizza and it was also flavorless. It desperately needed some salt, pepper, garlic...some seasoning! Very unimpressed. read more

The pizza dough is exceptional! I've eaten pizza in Italy and all over the US and this dough is absolutely superb. I had the Green Goddess pizza (pesto as sauce with shredded mozz, ricotta, & arugula with evoo drizzle), spouse had carnivore and kiddos had a cheese and basic pepp+sausage. We were all so pleased and happy to take home leftovers. Would not recommend fountain drinks; city water has an off flavor that affects the soda. read more

A convenient walk from the children's museum where we had spent the morning with our four grandchildren. The pizzas were fresh, reasonable, and incredibly tasteful. First time we went there was great. 2nd time we used the app. My husband showed up and there was one pizza missing and the staff argued over it with him until he counted them out. He also pointed out one pizza was missing toppings. They took the order back and we assumed they fixed it. The wrong pizza was never fixed and the missing pizza ended up undercooked and doughy in the middle. Accidents/mistakes happen but the customer service was terrible! read more

This is my second review of Riverwalk pizza. My first one was 5 stars also. I have been here a few times, and tonight I ordered the antipasto salad with Italian dressing. The salad was full of meat. Delicious. The dressing tho... not my favorite. For some reason, it tasted over-the-top salty. When I went for a fountain refill, I mentioned it to the staff. Didn't complain, didn't ask for my money back, just said that the dressing was salty. A few minutes later, the staff member came out with a brand new salad with freshly made dressing on the side. They made it right. What more could you ask for?!! read more

I live in the Riverwalk Apartments and this pizza place is very convenient to go to but I am not a big fan. I was there when they opened since the tenants got a free pizza but on my two other visits, my pizza was always burned and the toppings are always inconsistent. It's either too many or too few. The dough is very inconsistent as well. The staff are not very friendly and they all look tired and just don't care. Sorry, but not ever going back. Waste of money especially during this time of recession and inflation. read more

Pizza is excellent and brings a much needed option to the Oswego market. They have definitely nailed the crust, has good texture, and because of their dough making process has consistency across pizzas. Gluten free was not as tasty and at a $3.50 up charge a little unreasonable for folks that do not have a choice but to order it. Sauce combinations and toppings were also excellent. Pizza oven temperature was optimal and produced an excellent product. I would rate the place 5 stars given other local options except that they still have serious operational issues with managing production. Some of it isn't the staff's fault ( poor design of counter process and lack of space) but the team is still trying to figuring out how to optimize the process leading to long waits and inconsistent pizza production. They should hopefully figure it out sooner than later. I watched a party of four have pizzas delivered separately over a 20 minute period. Frustration was definitely sitting in since they couldn't all eat at the same time. Fortunately, the end product is pretty strong so definitely will be returning.. read more

Pizza here is fantastic and my pizza came out really fast! With the wide range of options it really surprised me with how fresh everything tasted! When I was checking out though, I offered the cashier a tip for their work but they replied that they don't receive any!
