As long as you know prior to going in that it's a typical thrift store then you won't be surprised or disappointed. The store is well organized & clean. Shelves of typical glassware, shoes, toys, books and small appliances. Prices were average for the area. Just makes me wonder where all the could be donations from all the construction in the area ends up. I guess it doesn't say anywhere the store has to sell building materials, but that's what I'm used to. Worth a looksie, but not for that small, random piece of laminate you need.

Best coffee in town, hands down (I've tried a lot of the espresso stands in town and nobody comes close... call me a coffee snob if you will, I was born and raised in Seattle and I hate starbucks.) There was a great selection across all genres from new releases, kids, young adult, mystery, romance, and more plus fun gifts, cards, puzzles, etc. that made browsing even better. The staff was friendly, the vibe was cozy, and prices were in line with what you would expect from a quality independent shop. My only "complaint" was that the bookstore hosted a local author signing the night before and while they had the third book in stock (signed!), they were sold out of the first in the series, which I would have bought had it been in stock. Still, this is such a charming and well curated bookstore. I would definitely return!

It is now a lot more open and with a large selection of rocks for kids that are reasonably priced. They have more rock kits and less expensive options than in the past while still keeping a lot of beautiful high value display pieces that are gorgeous to look at. The owner was very friendly. I would recommend for rockhounds, crystal gurus, and families with rock loving kiddos.

I love rocks and was drooling over the minerals and geodes. I ended up buying a pink and purple geode and a purple amethyst while the boyfriend got a really cool rock (I forgot the type). The gal who helped us was a character out of a movie. She was charming, witty and very knowledgeable of her merchandise. She was happy to help take things out of the case for us to look at. Kids came in for a treasure hunt they were doing for school, and she treated them with great kindness. Even if you aren't into rocks or fossils, I would recommend that you still check this place out. They have beautiful etched glass, mobiles and other things to peruse on the other side of their store.

This is not your stereotypical angry geek comic book store like from the Simpsons or the magic the gathering store in the same lot where a clique of angry gatekeepers will sneer at you. Please support your local comics book store instead of buying off Amazon who will ship your comics like they just got put through the wood chipper.
