Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered the phone, Elliott, was extremely rude and told me that he could not understand me because I have an accent. I have lived in the United States for 20 years, and I have never experienced this type of treatment. I clearly spelled out my email address, even associating each letter with a word to make it easier to understand, yet he continued to act as though he could not understand me. I found the interaction very disrespectful and felt that I was treated differently because of my accent. This establishment would benefit from additional customer service and cultural-sensitivity training to ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or accent.

I came with my husband and my dad--it was my dad's first trivia experience, and my husband and I have done a few before. This one was by far our favorite.
