Ben coming to this family owned business since they opened and they've always treated me right if I needed something new fresh the help was always available in the knowledge of different products. The selection is very broad, but if you need something specific, they're more than happy to order it for you. They won me over. They were so kind to me and bent over backwards to help me out with my purchase. Going above and beyond with a customer in the fashion that was provided for me is why I will never go anywhere else. There's another smoke shop in the same vicinity and the quality of customer service is night and day. At Soke & Go, I'm not treated with a disgustful disdain, not at all. We stopped at Smoke & Go on our way through Wenatchee. I was in a rush, and happened to leave my wallet behind! I didn't realize it was missing until we were back in Seattle, WA. A week passed, and my husband and I were puzzled as to where my missing wallet had disappeared to. The shop owner reached out to me, she had located my wallet! Everything was in place, and she had kept my wallet safe until she located (me) the rightful owner. The owner even went above & beyond to mail me my wallet (as we live in Seattle, WA). The vape selection is vast, the service was impeccable, and the pricing is fair & reasonable. Smoke & Go is conveniently located in downtown, Wenatchee. They even have a drive-thru option (which is unique) and ideal for someone on the go! you don't even have to exit your vehicle. 5 stars across the board!! read more

Oh my dear... such a horrible experience. It's 2018 stop selling fake products. Stop having the worst customer service in a small town. Stop hiring employees that can't work with the public.. or is this the son of this family owned business?! Haha let's just say amazon will take all of your customers. I don't care if my item was only $10 it's the principle. I walked in bought an item I was unsure of I went to my car realized it wasn't the right thing. Walked back in still being in your parking lot and was told I can't return it only exchange but since I made it on my card it was even worse that's what the guy "that just works here"said.. I will happily wait for a two day shipping instead of your ghetto ass store. read more

Place rocks. Friendly staff. Got a blu e cig for $10. Some Dutch and backwoods. The blu is awesome. Like Juul but bigger pods and 80% cheaper. Make the switch. I did Baub fly the guys up for a visit. G roiled with some KOOL'S. Ben finally switched to Winston. His mom didn't come this time. Bill went to the liquor store. Haulinz stayed at home with his baby (cough cough GOLF). Duty rolled with some fruit flavored backwoods. Tony went old school with Salem. Stamo just ate nachos next door. We just missed Vance read more

Their hours are posted online as closing at 10pm. I drove from E Wenatchee to make it well in time, only to find that they clearly have been closed and checked out long before I got here. I needed coils, a mod, and a new tank. They just lost an easy $200 sale by not staying open the hours they posted. read more

Never again coming there!!! Worst customer service Not just that but one day I went with a buddy and cashier guy tells us "can you guys hurry up I got stuff to do" wth is that plus all there prices are double what other smoke shop want Would not recommend. You guys need to step it up!!!! read more

Worst customer service ever. Can't return something that was paid for after 5 seconds. Guy at the register was very rude and refused to return a vape charger that wasn't compatible. Never going back. This is bullshit. read more

My mother-in-law received some bad health-related news so we decided to cheer her up with a…read morebouquet. We don't live in Wenatchee so we found Apple Blossom Floral on Yelp. I placed the order online for a $80-$100 "Beautiful" category arrangement and noted that I would like for it to include some roses. Within 45 minutes, I received a call from Jeanne who informed me that roses meant it will be on the higher end so $100. I told her that was fine. She then proceeded to tell me about peach and yellow roses that she had along with small white spray roses. She seemed somewhat distracted; I could hear some background noise as she was asking other staff about what flowers arrived that morning. When I received the picture of what was delivered, I was very disappointed. There were no peach or yellow roses; only some small white spray roses and others flowers that I felt didn't warrant the $100 price tag (see pic). I called and spoke to Jeanne again. She said there was a misunderstanding and that she told me this morning they DIDN'T have any peach or yellow roses. Ummm....ok. She also said she should have told me their arrangements start at $100. She asked if I wanted for them to go get the bouquet back. Seriously?! Who does that?! Clearly she can sense that I wasn't happy so she offered a make-up 3-rose bouquet. Apparently, 6 roses start at $75 so that was not going to happen. I appreciated the gesture and ask for it to be sent the following week. I understand everything is more expensive nowadays due to inflation but I guess spending $125 on flowers won't get you as much as you think...atleast not at ABF.

My friend lives in Wenatchee so I googled a flower shop in the area and came across this gem. I…read morefilled out their questionnaire on their website and the next morning got a very nice and helpful phone call from a someone that works there. She explained that they can put together a nice spring bouquet, how much it'll cost, that delivery will be that afternoon, and all I had to do was to provide payment over the phone. Then she confirmed the delivery address and phone number of the person it was to and asked if there was any additional message I wanted to add. She said my credit card will be charged later this afternoon, and an invoice will be emailed to me. Although the invoice never came to my email (perhaps wrong email address?), my credit card was charged by Apple Blossom Floral for the amount she had said, and my friend received a beautiful arrangement waiting for her when she came home from work that evening. The entire process was super easy and the woman that called me was very pleasant and nice.

The customer service here is by far the best I've ever received anywhere, ever. They remember my name and what all my favorite products are and they try their best to keep them in stock for me. Several times I have mentioned wanting to try a new brand/flavor and they added it to their inventory so the option to get it is there. They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs and make them feel welcome and appreciated. Their drive they makes shopping super convenient on a busy day. And a huge bonus in shopping here is their customer loyalty card! You get a stamp for every juice you buy and after you buy 6, you get your 7th free. read more

I truly can't say enough good things about this smoke shop! By far the best customer service I have EVER recieved! The drive though makes it SO much easier than any other smoke or vape shop in town, it's quick and easy if you are in a rush or on the go. The couple that owns it has got to be the coolest, sweetest couple I have met and if they don't have a vape juice that you want they will put in a special order JUST FOR YOU!!! I love these people! I go there several times a week. Each and every person I have been helped by have always been friendly and helpful. It's been crazy with this COVID19 mess. The fact that they have a drive up window has been a lifesaver. Someone recently broke in and stole from them and damaged their store. Still they are open and friendly.
