After we met once at the property, located on a dirt road in a remote area, Patty took charge and handled everything necessary, repurposing just about everything in the house, from the old clothes and linens (to be resold or recycled) to the stored food in the cupboards (to feed her rescue animals), to the building materials in the attic and the automotive stuff stored in the garage (to be resold at A Cause for Paws). Patty also found a great junk hauling service and supervised the removal of everything that wasn't reusable. When the house was empty, she and her daughter swept and mopped the whole place and left it ready for sale. She kept me up to date on what was going on the whole time, and asked me whenever she came across something that might be important or meaningful, in case I wanted to save it. Her diligence and integrity are incomparable. I couldn't be happier with Patty, Patty's Animal Rescue, and A Cause for Paws!
