Also, I would really have preferred if they actually had a Buffalo sauce - they don't and a quick taste of their hot, don't really scream Buffalo. Look, do your fancy wings but you gotta respect the Buffalo - it's just what is expected! Make a fancy buffalo sauce like Primal Kitchens but you still gotta have a Buffalo! Overall, quite happy with the quality of the wings - they were not overly fatty and the meat was perfectly cooked without any burnt or dry spots.
