Upon discovering I didn't have something I needed, he offered to come help on my schedule. We worked it out and he was able to be flexible around my schedule- rather than require me to sit around and wait like the others. He fixed my issue quickly and gave me more than fair pricing.. While other companies would have taken advantage of the need I had for their expertise, this one operated with the integrity reminiscent of better days. Originally had a call to do the maintenance on our new unit but they called and cancelled. A new appointment was never done and I am not happy with scheduling considering Vlodymyr was the one who first gave me the info and pricing. Talked to Russell's Mechanical who is now doing the maintenance for 360 Air tech. Currently waiting for billing to contact me with pricing for a maintenance contract. I hope it is what I was first told by the owner of 360 Air tech. I will do another review later.

I called a few HVAC companies, who informed me that they wouldn't be able to help me for a week since they were swamped with other customers without AC. Then, I remembered that Alliance had previously helped me with my furnace. Alliance came out the same day. They thoroughly explained the issue, determined that my old AC system was indeed dead, and gave me a formal proposal that was fair. While I thought about it, they offered to install a window AC unit to alleviate my little dog's suffering. They were professional and very neat. They were able to install the system in one day and a few days later even followed up to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use them again!
