I was pretty impressed with how simple the appointment process was online. I when I arrived they got some info and told me it would be about 250 to do a diagnostic test and identify the issue. I left the Keyes and they told me they'd give me a call. After about 30 minutes they called to tell me te they needed to run a more in depth test and it would actually cost $340. Not ideal, but I get that when they go in, things might change. They sent me an email about an hour and a half later with the details of what they needed to fix. I gave them a call and they walked me through ever thing. They were frank about what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait. I was grateful for the thorough explanation and candid feedback. They finished all the work about an hour ahead of schedule. I hope I don't have to come back here, but if I have any car issues this will be my go-to shop.
